Turns out the tires on the car were a bit old... but in fine condition (minus the leak). I went to the other chain (Townfair) down the road first but they were most unhelpful. At first they wouldn't repair the leak because the tire was too old in their opinion and also could only find 1 replacement tire because the car needed a rare size. Looking for another option I called Sullivan Tire from their parking lot and they immediately began searching for solutions-- they started looking into using a slightly different size tire and if that would work. They were still trying to do this while I drove over and walked in the door. Long story short- Matt figured out we could indeed use a more common size tire than I had originally had and got them installed later in the day. He was also very open and didn't push me into a more expensive tire like some places do. I was able to depart on my cross country road trip on time. Thank you so much Sullivan Tire (and Matt). We've been to Brum's a few times for oil changes and minor repairs and we're glad we did. We have found Brum's to be reliable, honest, timely, and reasonable. They have not tried to up sell anything, but at the same time informed me when (for example) I needed new rear tires. He asked where I had the front done and agreed they did good work. They are always pleasant and professional. I recommend Brum's very highly and will not go someplace else if Brum's can do the work!

Sean from Brums was so patient, and helped with multiple requests from BMW to have the repair retroactively covered.
