When I told the assistant that I saw the sidewalk next to it move with heavy winds, she told me to "record it next time" Well I didn't have to cause just as we knew, the next storm we had, the tree fell on my house and my neighbors! They would not claim liability for it and tried to tell my neighbor and I that we had 5 days to clean up all the mess that they're tree caused!!! The housing dept. came out though and told them the opposite, and had to tell them more than once they needed to clean it!! Now dealing with all that, and they gave me a rent raise after that!!!! I'm struggling enough right now since my room on my house is deemed uninhabitable so I don't have anyone helping with rent now, and then when trying to talk to the electricity Co about my bill they told me that I'm not even listed as a tenant here!!! I have NEVER once been late with my rent until now. And because I gave them the rent 1 day late for the amount due, it was given back to me because it did not include the damn $45 late fee!!! And the day after they put a 3 day notice to pay or quit on my door!!! This comp sucks!!! They only care about your money!!! Now I have repairs that come out to over $25000 from that tree!! Thank God for insurance!

I came with my Mom as she came to register for the Beaumont run. The young lady at the counter was amazing, super friendly and professional. Unfortunately, her male coworker had some serious stank face. The dude acted like he owned Beaumont and looked us up and down. I hate when people have low self esteem and take it out on others. Albert Chatigny is free to visit and has plenty of parking. However, I saw many cars waiting in the wings as community events are very popular. It's nice to see community members value their local hubs.

We have come for events like building your own stuffed animal, and our little loved it! We also come here for the volleyball league, and way back when we came for toddler soccer. With the exception of an employee who no longer runs the volleyball program, everyone who we have encountered has been very helpful and friendly. There are always fun events going on as well as blood drives. They have all kinds of flyers on the desk for all kinds of events going on, definitely something for everyone!

We have experienced everything from extremely poor & biased refs to score keepers ordering pizza and texting during games to the head of the facility allowing family members to score games their siblings are playing in and parent coaching which has led to the wrong team winning. It's a city league so I guess you get what you pay for but I'm going to start investing my money in a more honest, fair and professional league. Valley Wide is not teaching good sportsmanship or ethics to our kids but rather teaching them if you know the right ref & score keeper then you'll win. Very sad for the kids who deserve win and don't!

Also, was not informed that the coaches and referees are not to care for the safety of the childen. My son got hit with the ball right in the mouth which led him to loose a tooth. The game was not stopped at all to make sure he was okay. Obviously, the child that kicked the ball was stronger and older than my son. Worst of all is that his injury hasn't been the only one, other kids have been hurt and like I said the game continues. Of course called the office to complaint and the response I got from Rene "the children do participate at there own risk" Really!!! Stupid answer I would say, but what can we expect if coaches are not screened imagine employees. It would've been nice to be inform of this before enrolling my son in this league. Women's bathroom was completely disgusting with only two available stalls and broken doors that didn't close plus no paper towels. The fields are janky with tall tufts of grass, a bunch of dirt and electrical boxes on their soccer fields. Balls don't even roll, they wonky bounce every where.
