I've got to say, "Travis" (the Manager), was extremely helpful, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and their prices were better than my usual pool company. He was very happy to allow me to demo the pool cleaner and he took his time to make sure I had all of the information to operate the demo machine and that I had all of the literature and information to make my decision going forward. After my experience with Pool Sharks and Travis I can't help but think that the one bad review of "Travis" (written by Matthew B" must have been some personal vindictive situation because the "Travis" he described in his review was nothing like the "Travis" I experienced in about three occasions while shopping at Pool Sharks. I've had multiple Great customer service experiences with Pool Sharks!

Our pool pump decided to quit…read moreon a Friday night just as we were about to get extremely cold temperatures in the next few days. I couldn't get ahold of our pool builder and most pool service companies were closed for the weekend. Major damage could have occurred with our pool without the pump running for freeze protection. I got ahold of Justin at All Clean Pools on Saturday morning. He said he had a pump in stock and quoted us a fair price for the repair. His technician wasn't able to get to our place until it was getting dark because they had other pools to service. The technician worked from 8pm until 10:30 in the dark and bitter cold to get a new pump installed and everything is now in working order. They really saved us from possible major repairs and I highly recommend All Clean Pools.

From the install and having to double check their every job to having to make them redo several things that were not done to specs, to having the city inspector failing the electrical 5 times- we do NOT recommend this company. Luckily we had added to the written contract that final balance due was not to be paid until pool past all inspections- otherwise, I am confident Bill would not have answered our calls, except he was wanting his final check. I went back - when I got there the store was open, but completely empty. After about 5 minutes, the person who was supposed to be working walked in with a cookie from Subway. She tested my pool water and told me "everything" was wrong with it. I asked how that could be, since they just told me how to "fix" it on Saturday? She blamed leaves or rain, neither of which have been a factor, since Saturday. I asked her what we needed to do and, mid-question, she turned to answer the phone without any regard to the fact that she was helping me. After she finally got off of the phone, I started to ask her again what we needed to do, when another customer walked in and I again got her back, mid-sentence. After waiting 10 minutes for her to finish with the other customer, I left. There are plenty of other options in town. As much as I like to support businesses in my city, I will not be back to them and will take my business to Bartlett.
