It's not the best Mariscos but definitely a fun and entertaining restaurant! I would say that this is the restaurant for drinks!! Their drinks are HUGE so come with a group! I appreciate that if you would like Virgin cocktails/mocktails they have those options as well! They also had live entertainment when we went on a Friday night which was fun! The servers were attentive and friendly!! It's a pretty big restaurant with different areas and a good place for all ages as well!

I can't brag about this place enough , when someone comes to town this is where I take them. The foood is so good and never a miss for me. The servers are always nice and accommodating. I believe on weekend or certain days you can catch a drag show or live music. Drinks are pretty good not really strong but hey the food tops it all . My go to dishes are the fried snapper , and the longostinos Nayarit is my FAVVVVVV. . The garlic sauce and extra Nayarit sauce is a must !!

I would give zero if I could. We were given ceviche that tasted like old fishy smelling fish hidden behind lime. The advertised sushi and did not have any until later, but sushi made with old fish does not sound right. They did not have beers listed on list even though I asked for a domestic one. The calamari served was two different batches of food, one fresher and crispy, one old and rubbery. 56 dollars for two appetizers and two beers. The food was almost inedible. Paid quickly and left with out really eating all the food. I will never go back. The shrimp empanadas were ok and edible.

Amazing!!!! This place was listed on Chicagosbucketlist IG page and let's just say it did not disappoint. The insanely large drinks are what peaked our interest but the seafood boil bags are what had our attention. The snapper it was the largest snapper I have seen outside the Caribbean. Everything taste amazing and was so fresh and not to mention it wasn't expensive at all! Our bartender/server Irmd was truly great and made some bomb drinks. We HIGHLY recommend and will be returning soon.

Though usually one for a hot coffee, it was steamy hot out so I went for an iced vanilla latte with oat milk and was wildly impressed. I was going to sit for a bit so had the latte for there and it was icy cold and the vanilla flavoring was brilliantly paired to the really good espresso notes within the latte. I also went for a Financier, which is a gluten-free banana bread sort of loaf and this was downright silly how good it was. It had a rich banana and sort of caramel flavor to it and as a gluten-free pastry option was one of the finest that I have had. Love that the coffee shop had just about every seat full with people doing work, studying, reading and catching up and the spot was a true neighborhood gem sort of location. Awesome spot!

It has a comfortable atmosphere that makes it easy to settle in and enjoy yourself. It's not quite my Cheers, but it's definitely a place where you can let your hair down from time to time.

It's located inside of a brightly lit liquor store, and it's a completely different vibe as soon as you enter into Osito's Tap. At 8:30pm on a Saturday, we were seated right away at the bar. There was a live DJ, but the music wasn't too loud which I appreciated. Sometimes with live DJs the music gets way too loud, but it was just some nice background music. The service was great, and our bartender was really friendly. We tried the For Ari, Nube Punch, and Jardinera. All the cocktails were delicious and unique. I typically don't like savory cocktails and usually cocktails with malort are intimidating, but the jardinera cocktail surprised me and I actually liked it a lot. I think the tomato flavor just worked really well with the malort. I would come back just for that cocktail, but there were so many other cocktails I wanted to try and didn't get to this time, so we'll definitely be back.

Chef Gabriel's food is creative and delicious. His brother-in-law Jose, I believe, is the one behind the great cocktail list and making housemade aperitifs. The four of us shared two appetizers. The tuna tartare - chopped tuna on top of creamy avocado surrounded by crispy capers and quail yolk. It was served with homemade potato and vegetable chips. We also shared the goat cheese - creamy melted goat cheese sitting in a pool of tasty marinara. This was served with grilled baguette pieces. This appetizer could use more of the baguette as we ran out of bread and still had goat cheese left to enjoy. For dinner, my sister had the gnocchi with braised beef, short rib, spinach and mushrooms. I know this dish was delicious because this is what my husband ordered the first time we dined here. My two cousins had the chicken limone and said it was very good. (I have my eye on this for next time ). I opted for the branzino which was moist and served in a delicious lemon caper sauce. I would like to see a traditional pasta with marinara sauce on the menu. I think that would be a great addition for clientele who are into the traditional instead of the creative and unique. There was no room for dessert, but shots of limoncello came to the table. So sweet of Divino. Let me tell you the limoncello was amazing. Luckily, I was able to buy a bottle of this housemade limoncello. Since the four of us were raving about the limoncello, right before we walked out the door Divino gave us a tasting of the housemade pistachio cream. Omg! So smooth, creamy and divine. We enjoyed our conversations with the chef and his brother-in-law, the other owner. Great guys who care about their customers and restaurant.

We ordered Crispy Octopus and Ceviche to start. Followed by Branzino Alla Aurora, Short Ribs, and Fettuccini Alfredo. All had lovely presentations and each cooked to perfection. We had a taste of each other's plate and we all agreed each dish had outstanding flavors. Simply delicious! The food exceeded all expectations. I can go on and on. Highly recommend!
