Okay so to start , we called on a Friday June 19th, and asked for a mariscos tray , the lady who took my order said the tray was 120$, we put a 50$ deposit we placed our order . The next day we go to pick it up and they tell us it's 240$ and demanded we pay that, told us that we Hurd wrong and it was actually 240$. They called the owner and he came out to yell at my mom, was very unprofessional. He started telling my mom that we were lying about the price. They refused to let us get the medium tray instead and demanded we pay the 240, when the lady who placed our order said it was 120$ ! Ridiculous, unprofessional and rude ! We come here often and my family is always placing orders, never again! Your typical wannabe buchon restaurant. read more

Disappointed in the pricing practices here. Several items on our final bill were charged at a higher rate than what was listed on the physical menu. When we brought it to our server's attention, it was dismissed as a "recent price update." If prices change, the menus should be updated or the customer should be informed upfront. The food is great, the waitress with long blond hair passed by me and my sister and even hit me with her hair a few times which became irritating. I asked if we could order at the register and she laughs saying "Oh I thought they had helped you" she had seen nobody had gone to the register. I simply said No. She made sure to get my name when getting my order but didn't ask my sister for hers and confirmed my Shrimp Cocktail was going to have Octopus. Not only was my michelada bad but that's probably cuz I prefer a different type but my Cocktail was only shrimp and no Octopus. Even after acknowledging my order was supposed to have Octopus. It completely ruined dinner, it was bland, the put 1 lime, 1 cracker and no Tapatio. The girls would only approach the men in the restaurant when they came in, they completely ignored another girl. She had to approach them. I'm bummed because I've come here before with my mom and never have had a problem. Well as soon as you arrive no cards accepted cash only, there atm doesn't work, and ended up walking in the sun around the parking lot to a store getting cash walking back, finally ordering a jarrito mandarin sorry no mandarin ok lime ok, ordered a super cocktail with everything on it, from them 20 min , and no avocado y asked for some ,they said it comes with it but they are out. Everything maybe hiring new people services is awful the girls are very polite only to men they see man and they run to them when they see women they don't even serve you properly. Horrible service, It's as if they now who's going to tip them more and screw the rest. The attitude that some for those women have is horrible. At times more lazy then anything but don't ask to take hot food an hour before they close because if it's 7:07 and they close at 8 the kitchen is closed even if it's just a soup. I give this place only three stars because of the tons and tons of tomatoes they put inside their ceviche. The proportion of tomatoes to actual fish or shrimp ceviche is 3 to 1. There are other reviews that talk about this one issue and I am now confirming it is also an issue during the last three times. I've tried this place. Once they fix the tomato ratio in their ceviche display should definitely achieve a five star rating. Went again on a separate day and got tostada de pulpo and the pulpo was the perfect texture and it was spicy and soo good! Everything taste fresh and seasoned you don't have to add anything to it.
