Two Reviews! Different days We always enjoy our stops at Tito's we came for Mother's Day 5/10 and it did not disappoint. It took 45 minutes because it was a holiday but so worth it. I ordered the Shrimp Zareandado plate. Servings are large and food was very tasty. I had a lot of leftovers to take home. Only issue I had was that red onions they place under the shrimp had too much habanero and was way too spicy for me. I love spicy but it was overkill. So next time I will request plain red onions. Otherwise my food was delicious. Review 5/31 We stopped in to grab a quick bite before heading home and like always food and service was great. We were seated immediately. My Hubby ordered his favorite Taco with salmon, cheese, caramelizes onion and shrimp and avocado and chipotle sauce. I had the Tito California taco it is a taco dorado with a chili California, cheese and marlin inside the chili, carmelized onions and shrimp avocado and chipotle sauce. Got a suggestion from a local guy to try this place. The fam and I packed up and drove out to this spot. It's a short drive from the main drag in Rosarito, but nothing too far. We all had the fish tacos and they are the biggest fish tacos I've ever seen. They had 4 pieces of fried fish and all the trimmings. Honestly, each one of these ta os are a meal in its self. Mariscos! Mariscos! They say the best Mariscos are down south like Rosarito & they ain't lying especially here at Tito's which up to now is the best Marisco place I've been too. First I like to say the customer service here is amazing! All the staff members were great from the start to end, very attentive & friendly. First you have to start with a consome ( a cup of fish broth) it's delicious. I had a little of everything & of course my fav was the Campechana a cold soup with mixed seafood. You want something to keep you warm get a 7 Mares a warm soup with mixed seafood, it's amazing & filling. Tacos, well you can't go wrong with the shrimp or octopus enchilado or the Gobanador which also has shrimp in it with grilled onions & bell peppers. The fish taco was ok, the breading was kind of bland but it was huge & had a lot of trimmings. Had a fish plate of Zarandeado & it was spicy & very good. For desert you have to get the carrot or banana cake, it's the best carrot cake I've ever had. The Portions here on everything are very big which is good for a fat ass like me who loves to eat. Easily one of my favorite spots in Rosarito, customer service is on point, food is amazing & very affordable so don't be a Scrooge & make sure to tip good they deserve it. If I could leave a zero, I would. We used to come here alot and the food and portions were great. We went today, and the fish they switched to is crap. We ordered mostly fish tacos, and they all had the bloodline, which made the fish taste disgusting. Each taco had 3 pieces of fish, and each piece on every piece you couldn't eat around it. You couldn't even eat it. We tried to tell the server, and she literally didn't know and just said enjoy. Like we can't enjoy because it was gross and you didn't even try and fix it. Worst service, she seemed too much in a rush to go do nothing because there was literally no one there. I was looking through some old memories and remembered Titos. I love ceviche with a passion, and while I was here two years ago on a mission trip, there was a little bit of down time at the end, and I asked if we could get ceviche. I love everything seafood, specially Aguachiles. I have had my fair share of aguachiles and I gotta say the Aguachiles Negros from Mariscos Titos are the best I've ever had! TACOS FROM HEAVEN. I've only been here once on the way back from Ensenada en route to LA. I saw the sign for 13 peso tacos and feeling peckish, decided to give them a shot. I had very low expectations, especially after having eaten at fancy places in the Valle de Guadalupe. BUT, boy, did these tacos deliver. AMAZING!!!!!!! These tacos are fulfill with flavor and awesomeness. They are HUGE for the price and really tasty. The enchilado is definitely spicy, but if you don't like spicy you can go with a governador, which is the same but without the kick. There fish tacos are good as well. "You can't even fold your taco!" The tacos are delicious, cheap, and huge! We had the breaded and unbreaded (sin capear) shrimp tacos which were delicious. The unbreaded (sin capear) fish tacos were also to die for. The aguachile and cevice were good, but not on the same level as the tacos. We finished it off with caldos which, my family and I agree, were our least favorite. I didn't give a 5 star, because we waited several minutes for one of the employees to notice us.
