I didn't catch the name of my pedicure tech, but she was the most friendly person: making the experience super enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience at the salon; my only issues were with the website. I'm not sure if the issue was on my end, but I was unable to book anything beyond the first week of each month.

On top of that, she works so fast, I was really impressed. I first came here about 7-8 years ago through a friend, and after they moved to a new location, I came back a few times but didn't quite feel the same. I think it's because I wasn't seeing the same person. Today, I had my nails done by Ria (the owner), and I absolutely loved it. I have very thin nails, so my nails usually don't last long. It always felt like a waste of money, and I would wait months in between appointments until my nails got stronger again. But Ria really took the time to look at my nail condition and even mixed different products to make them last longer that gave me so much trust in her work. I'm honestly so happy with the results, and I think I'll only be coming here from now on. Ria, I'm looking forward to coming back! please take good care of me!

It was my Birthday and I was in desperate need of a mani and pedi but I'm very hesitant to got to certain nail salons. This was an impromptu visit after having Dinner and it was okay! It was quick and not comfortable at all! There were two girls working on me and the one doing my Pedi was a little rough and I could never understand anything she was asking me because it was loud and she had a face mask on which is fine but you must be able to speak clearly when communicating to the customer! Instead of them adjusting themselves to me so that I can remain comfortable in the chair I was being stretched in all different directions in the chair to reach to how they were positioned! Also , she used "toilet paper " to separate my toes as you can see in the picture, I thought that was gross and tacky! I really needed my cuticles cut so I was desperate! I most likely won't go there again because it was just uncomfortable, the energy was disingenuous , and it was extremely uncomfortable. I tipped $20 although I don't know if those two girls will actually be given get the tip. They need to work on their communication and their protocol because it was just tacky and uncomfortable!

Chloe was incredibly precise with my cuticles. Everything was clean, detailed, and not rushed. I am pretty particular about my nails and she absolutely delivered. They use cats eye polish imported from Korea and she applied it beautifully. The finish came out exactly how I wanted, smooth, dimensional, and super clean. My builder gel manicure turned out ok -- inconsistent in application, resulting in the appearance of a dip on some fingers, but since we don't typically look at nails from a side profile, I will say they look decent head on. The pedicure, missed the mark: crooked big toe, uneven polish, and roughed up cuticles. Biggest gripe? The pricing structure seems off. I was quoted $90 for colored ombré and then $125 to add glitter gel color to the colored ombré -- no art, no 3D, no extras. A $35 difference feels steep. Cute spot, but overall a mixed experience.
