I first came here about 7-8 years ago through a friend, and after they moved to a new location, I came back a few times but didn't quite feel the same. It always felt like a waste of money, and I would wait months in between appointments until my nails got stronger again. Instead of them adjusting themselves to me so that I can remain comfortable in the chair I was being stretched in all different directions in the chair to reach to how they were positioned! Also , she used "toilet paper " to separate my toes as you can see in the picture, I thought that was gross and tacky! I really needed my cuticles cut so I was desperate! I most likely won't go there again because it was just uncomfortable, the energy was disingenuous , and it was extremely uncomfortable. I tipped $20 although I don't know if those two girls will actually be given get the tip. They need to work on their communication and their protocol because it was just tacky and uncomfortable!

She even removed the accesive ingrown nails from my toes. She was just FANTASTIC!
