If I could give Jennie more than 5 stars, I ABSOLUTELY WOULD! I've been coming to Jennie at Le Lani Nail Spa since 2024 and I can honestly say she is one of the most talented nail artists I've ever come across. Every set she creates is a true work of art. Her attention to detail is incredible, especially when it comes to intricate hand painted designs and stunning 3D nail art. The amount of time, precision & creativity she puts into every appointment is unmatched. Major plus that she's an awesome gem herself! One of the things I appreciate most is that she works on my long natural nails and always takes great care to keep them healthy and strong while creating beautiful, unique designs. The quality of her work speaks for itself. Jennie is not only exceptionally talented but also kind, patient and genuinely passionate about what she does. Every appointment feels like a luxury experience and I always leave with nails that receive compliments everywhere I go I also want to give credit to her entire team!! Jennie has built an incredibly talented group of nail artists who are all professional, skilled and dedicated to their craft. Whether you book with Jennie or another artist at Le Lani, you're in great hands I've trusted Jennie with my nails for well over a year now, and she continues to exceed my expectations every single visit. UPDATE: I felt compelled to update my review to warn other customers who leave honest negative feedback. If this business reaches out to "make things right" by offering you a complimentary service, make sure you clarify exactly what that means. My experience was that what was presented as "free" was anything but. After I posted my original review, the owner, Emma, reached out to apologize and invited me back to make things right with what I understood to be a complimentary service. I explained that I don't live in Los Angeles, but because I appreciated the gesture, I scheduled an appointment. Unfortunately, I had to reschedule due to a medical emergency that required an MRI. They accommodated the new appointment, and I drove back to Koreatown on my Saturday because I genuinely believed they were honoring the complimentary service they had offered. This visit was much better than my first. The technician was kind, gentle, and took his time. I appreciated his work enough to tip him generously $25. Before leaving, I texted Emma to thank her and to make sure the front desk knew my service had been arranged as complimentary. That's when everything changed. She replied that "only the design was free." I was completely caught off guard because no one had ever explained what "free design" actually meant. If I was still expected to pay the full $65 fill price, that should have been communicated before I made the drive back and sat down for the appointment--not after the service was complete. To be clear, this was never about the money. I have no issue paying for my nails and I tip generously. Had they simply told me upfront that I'd still owe $65 for the fill but the nail art would be complimentary, I would have politely declined and gone to my regular salon closer to home. I only returned because they reached out to fix my previous experience. Instead, I found out while trying to leave. The employee had to call Emma while customers waited behind me, leaving me standing there embarrassed until they decided what to charge. I eventually and angrily paid because I had dinner plans and just wanted to leave. I felt I had no choice and regret not just walking out. Afterward, Emma called me. I genuinely thought she was calling to apologize for the miscommunication. Instead, she defended the charge and invited me to come back again for another "free design." As someone who previously owned a service business, I understand mistakes happen. What matters is how you handle them. If the goal was truly to rebuild trust, honoring the complimentary service that had been offered would have accomplished that. Instead, it felt like the immediate $65 mattered more than earning back a customer. What bothers me most is how vague the wording was. Looking back, using the phrase "free design" instead of clearly explaining what would and wouldn't be covered feels misleading. Most businesses reach out after a negative review hoping to make things right and earn another chance. I understood that, and I appreciated the outreach. What I didn't appreciate was accepting an offer that wasn't fully explained. And the way it was handled yet again was so so poor. I'm also still confused about what they consider a "design." My entire set was nail art, so if the "design" was supposedly free, what exactly was I paying for? That distinction was never explained until I questioned the surprise bill. In the end, my "complimentary" service cost me $90 ($65 for the fill plus a $25 tip). While this technician was much better than my previous, the quality still hasn't held up. My nails are already chipping, and there were still small specks of polish left on my fingers that should have been cleaned up before I left the salon. Unfortunately, this experience confirmed that I will never return. Beware people and look at all the recent low ratings before making a decision to come to this place.

Hi this is the second time I return. Before I start please ignore my username I made this when I was in high school :.(. I checked in on time and waiting about 10mns I did understand they were busy. Dwayne worked on my pedicure and manicure gel x. Dwayne really checked in with me on his work and I trusted him with finding a color similar to what I found online. I am colorblind which I didn't tell him but he very much explained the type of color tone it was so thank you Dwayne I did appreciate it a lot. He was really gentle and fast which I'm surprised because I hardly felt him lol. I'm showing the free gift bag I received it because I made a review. I still think they're pricing is reasonable and they are transparent You check out and tell u exactly what it is u requested and the prices matches to its menu online and in person. So I love that as mentioned I've gone to other salons and don't review anything with u u have to figure it out along the way. They were patient when I questioned my suspicions which brought me relief. I will come back again :)

I hate to be negative but in Some salons the operators are so chatty and loud. I cannot relax. It sounds like they are arguing but I don't understand the language so the ladies are probably not but HERE No random personal chatting. pleasant music which is nice for customers 3. You are offered a complementary drink. 4. Good attitude amongst all employees--no arguing 5. Free parking in back 6. Big airy space-

I've been coming to this nail salon for almost two years, and they have been consistently amazing. The staff is always friendly, professional, and welcoming, and they truly care about the quality of their work. They are especially talented when it comes to nail art. Whether I bring in an inspiration photo or have a specific idea in mind, they always do an incredible job bringing it to life. Their attention to detail is one of the many reasons I continue coming back. The salon is clean and has convenient parking. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for beautiful nails and talented technicians!
I have been to this salon a couple times both alone and with my boyfriend! Their services are consistent, they do not hassle clients about gel polish or constant up charges which is nice, and they offer tea and other beverages while they do your service. I have always had a great interaction with staff and would recommend to anyone looking for solid pedicure services :)

Ive been going here for almost 2 years now and its hands down the best place to get nails done in ktown. Their nail artists for designs are always so spot on every design ive shown them they have done it for me. Ive also seen them do some pretty sick and insane designs on other people. Their service is top notch as well. Ashley did my nails today and she copied my inspo pic exactly! She finished my nails so quickly as well with no mistakes! I really wanted to like this place but was very disappointed. Was my first time and requested regular polish for both manicure and pedicure. The older lady that did my pedicure did an okay job. The younger lady that did my manicure started by saying that I couldn't get a French tip with tinted pink base only clear, when the lady that did my pedicure just finished doing exactly that. I kept needing to show her where to file my nails because she would make my nail crooked or would forget to file the sides. She did a very rushed job, as you can see in the photos the white is streaky. To top it off I was charged an extra $25 on top of the manicure price because it was a French tip. Extra $15 for pedicure being French tip. $134 for a regular polish manicure and pedicure that was mid work is overpriced in my opinion. Also the vibe felt very judgmental. Update: Later that day the owner Emma reached out apologizing after seeing this review and refunded me $25. Very appreciative, but wish this type of service and understanding was offered when in person and not after a bad review. read more

Parking lot in the same lot as M Grill. You can enter through the back entrance, no need to go around to the street entrance. First time here and I was 7 min late to appointment (totally my bad, I didn't realize there was parking) and had to wait another 30 min which is understandable. Nail art was really beautiful. Manicurist took his time to make sure details were perfect! They do charge +$10 to remove old nail set. They do pricing quotes ahead of time. Overall price was fair for design, but definitely not cheap. I will definitely come back for intricate designs! read more

I've been a regular at Le Lani Nail Spa since they opened in September 2024 and Emma is my go-to nail tech. Before coming here, years of gel-x left my nails thin and brittle. Emma recommended switching to builder gel, and ever since, my nails have never been stronger. She truly cares about the health and integrity of my nails and whatever I ask for, she always delivers. I had an amazing experience at Le Lani Nail Spa in K-Town! I got a beautiful blue set with stunning 3D chrome details, and I couldn't be happier with how they turned out. The salon has a huge selection of colors, and the staff was incredibly kind, gentle, and professional. I was looking for a new nail salon to replace my old place, I tried a few and have not had luck finding a place that does a good job. Stopped by here on my way to the market.. Nice nail spa and friendly staff. Lily saved my nails from a previous bad dip manicure. She did an amazing job and my nails look and feel amazing. Definitely coming back.
