I have been here a couple of times. The staff are friendly and they do a great job with my nails. They lasted a month, which is pretty good and I feel satisfied. As I write this, it is time to go back and get another manicure. This place is very convenient because I work in the area. There is plenty of parking available and prices are reasonable. Since I was in Hollywood on Wednesday on the 18th of this month, after having breakfast at Denny's, I noticed that there was a nail salon in the same shopping center. I have been here before, but completely forgot about it. Had no appointment and walked in around 1:30pm. The guy in the front was busy with another customer, he wanted to know what was it that I needed? I asked for a pedicure and the price. Regular pedicure. He said a technician can see me right now. I agreed and grabbed a seat on their nice, comfy, leather pedicure chairs that also gives you a great back/neck massage. This place is so welcoming, soothing, clean and very affordable. It's a full salon that also does waxing, and offers eye lash services. Amy, who did my pedicure was a lovely lady that was very detailed and meticulous, with my toes. She even removed the accesive ingrown nails from my toes. She was just FANTASTIC! When it was time for my foot/leg massage, not only did she take her time to do a good rub, but I asked for an extra massage. 15 minutes for $10 in addition to the reasonable, affordable price for my pedicure. $25.00. She sure earned her tip. Lovely Salon with a big size parking lot shared with different businesses. Has a gender neutral restroom. Also very clean. Charming decor all over.. This is the most horrible nail spot experience I have ever had. I was very happy with them when they did my nails for the first time. Service was excellent. The workers were excellent. The second time I was there I requested a French manicure and a pedicure both gel. It looked beautiful the first day the second day my nail broke third day two more nails broke fourth day all of my nails are now broken. It hasn't even been a week. I called the owner or whoever it is on the line. Tell him that all my nails are broken and I need them redone. He says oh it's been too long is a week too long for a gel manicure to start chipping away.? Nope. Never again will I recommend this place to anyone read more

I came in for a regular pedicure and expected a relaxing experience, but unfortunately it was the opposite. The service took much longer than expected, and throughout the appointment my feet were handled quite roughly, which made me uncomfortable. I didn't get the best impression from the manager who booked the appointments and walk ins but because he said there wasn't time for what I wanted and they were not busy. He did eventually work with me on changing the schedule so I could walk in for a full acrylic set and a regular pedicure. Chi-Chi did my nails and I HIGHLY recommend her. she asked questions, she listened, and just had a good overall vibe. Julie did my pedicure and really worked hard on my calluses and cuticles and the polish looks great even tho I have very, very small toe nails. I also noted that I had a minor ankle injury and she was gentle with that foot without skimping on what my foot needed. She was very sweet. The only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because I do think first impressions matter and the guy was borderline rude and just seemed like he didn't care if he had my business. Chi-Chi and Julie receive 5/5 stars, no notes. The salon was clean and bright with pretty lights, so that's always a plus. read more

I'm genuinely horrified by my recent experience. I Really didn't want to leave this review because I have been coming to this salon for about a year now. But last week I went in for a gel manicure and pedicure, as usual. The issue arose when I got my pedicure. The woman doing my pedicure was someone I've never seen before, she was older and I don't think she could see well. I should have known something was wrong when she was cutting my toenails with nippers and not nail clippers. But I am not a micromanager and I didn't say anything because I trusted that they knew what they were doing. She was tugging at the nails, ripping them off instead of cutting them. She was filing the skin around my nails very roughly and I politely told her it was hurting. I didn't realized that she ripped off my nails very roughly to the nail bed and filed my toenail down until she put callous remover on my feet. It was excruciating and I did start crying, I was also embarrassed. I then realized then I have several cuts on my skin and my nail was burning so bad. Two wonderful ladies finished my manicure and pedicure and were super kind. But I was extremely disappointed when the owner tried to play it off by saying he knows I'm "sensitive" and tries to tell them to be mindful when I came in. It isn't just me being sensitive, I knew something was wrong with my toenail because it was sore and today I took my sock off to find that my nail is peeling down to my nail bed. I'm so upset and freaked out by this and I sincerely hope it doesn't get infected. I'm on antibiotics just in case. The ladies who finish were truly amazing and I do love my pedicure but absolutely nothing was done about my experience after going there and tipping well and always being polite. They could have at least not charged me for the callous remover because they had to take it off immediately and didn't even remove the rough parts of my heels. read more

Do not recommend, ugliest french tip acrylic set I've ever gotten in my life. Maybe the other nail techs are good but the guy who did these was really rushing, I told him I did not like it and he said they were cute and moved on to the next customer. My mom even makes me take her to Linh when she visits. I like subtle designs, and she is good about making suggestions, or picking colors to compliment my skin. I took my boyfriend for his first pedicure I asked for a regular pedicure for both of us and asked the price they told us 30 dollars. At the end we ended paying 55 each (whiteout tip) while my lady asked me about if I wanted to add 10 extra for massage and I said yes. For him they did the diamond package without even asking. To me that's very sketchy. We payed because we don't like to start a fight but I think it's insane.
