These guys - from the consult meeting with mark to Israel the crew lead to every member of the team that came thru our home - CLASS act! Friendly, always kept us informed, showed updates, covered taped and more taped everything. Cleanup was like they almost were never here. I found one of the crew scrubbing the sidewalk where some plaster was!! We had the typical Summerlin cracks in the two story ceiling in the family room and kitchen. Also had some water damage in the master bedroom. After this crew was done - all the ceiling were crack repaired, taped, mudded and sanded then painted. You cannot see where the work was done or where the cracks were. Brand new ceilings. While they were here we also had them paint our inner and outer stucco brick walls. Per request from Mark Anthony Painting for review 4 May 2025: I hired Mark Anthony Painting to paint the interior of my home, top to bottom. Tim, Mark's son-in-law and apparent supervisor, and Alberto, apparent crew leader, did a walk-through with me and we discussed specifics of the job. I verified the paint specs, and the crew quickly went to work to start the three-day job. Tim rushed off to another job. On day two, I went to the house to see the progress. Alberto walked the house with me, and I pointed out two items that were curious. First, he painted the pantry ceiling semi-gloss. He said he thought the pantry was a laundry room. I pointed out to him that the laundry is in the garage just on the other side of the pantry wall and more importantly, there is no plumbing in the room. Next was the way he painted the bullnose corners where a grey wall meets a white dropdown ceiling. He painted gray around the bullnose onto the white ceiling, leaving a gray stipe on the edge of the ceiling. I discussed with Tim and the pantry ceiling was repainted flat white and the gray stripe was eliminated from the white ceiling. Apparently, it's their SOP to paint around bullnose corners, but it's certainly something I should have been informed of given the high-profile ceiling location and contrasting colors. On day three, Tim showed up for a walk-through. Things looked good, the crew did a good job cleaning up after themselves, and as Tim was again in a hurry to get to another job, I paid the invoice, and they were off. As I was putting my house back together, I noted that the center support posts of a bed were not attached - they were lying on the floor under the bed (I cautioned Tim and Alberto on day one to be mindful of the supports and I was assured glides would be used), the linen closet was painted gray satin instead of white semi-gloss (a spec we discussed on day one), the linen closet door no longer closed all the way, and none of the closet shelving/hangings was properly reinstalled - hanging anything would have ripped them from the wall. This is where things got ugly. Long story short: * Alberto and one crew person showed up on day four to make corrections. Alberto was clearly not happy. He argued with me about the bed, and I told him not to worry about it, I would speak with Tim. Only then did he decide to fix the bed. It then took him an hour to install the closet shelving properly - that's how poor his original work was. * After he fixed the bed and shelving, he asked me if I wanted the linen closet painted. I told him that if he was sent to paint the closet then he should paint the closet. He left his crew person and off he went to another job. * The crew person painted the closet and left without telling me he was leaving. He did not address the closet door hinge. * I have a list of items that require attention, but I will do them myself, as I am not comfortable having Alberto come back to my home. o The tops of the door frames are not painted - another item that should have been discussed o The sides of the door frames that are close to each other are not painted o There are 'bald' spots on shelves and window sills * Curiously, Tim opened a work order for the repairs, he never closed the order, and he never checked with me to see if Alberto did the repairs. In the end, because of the debacle of the actual work, to say nothing of how uncomfortable I was with Alberto's attitude, and leaving me to finish the work with no follow-up, I give one star. read more

Crew shows and masks out everything and draping off all work areas very well! We recently moved to Summerlin from Southern California. We bought a condo and found we needed a painter. We called Mark Anthony and he came out the following day to provide us with a quote for the work we needed. We needed the full interior painted and the kitchen cupboards and bathroom vanities totally refinished. There's more to the story but I'll spare you the details. Mark's crew was expected at 7 am Monday. The bell rang at 6:50 and a team of professionals entered and immediately went to work preparing the spaces for painting. They set up a large spray painting booth in our garage complete with wooden frame to complete they work on all the cupboard doors and drawers. They covered and protected our furniture, belongings and tile flooring. By this point we knew we had a team of professionals. Mark actually had several crews out at different locations.
