I am stuck looking like this because I went in for under eye filler Jan 3rd, he (Dr Sean McGuire) decided I needed it in my cheek not under my eye. I asked to be seen after extreme pain and no filer under my eye and large pockets in my cheek, they saw me on the 14th and he said as long as you can't see the pain it doesn't matter, I asked if the filler had gone into my cheek by mistake because I do not see it under my eye only in my cheek, he stated "No not by mistake, I put it in your cheek", I said "I wanted it under my eye, not in my cheek at all." He laughed and stated "I've been doing this 18 years I think I know where you need filler." I stayed silent, completely baffled." He offered to put the filler in the place I asked for it initially, I said yes absolutely that would be great, he drew it with a pencil where I wanted it and I agreed. After injecting it I looked in the mirror and saw my cheek was even larger. I didn't know what to do or say and just left and contacted the manager. She stated she did not want me to be unhappy and would like to see me back I said I am literally moving out of state next week and can not come in, and I said quite frankly if I could come in I would not, the doctor was extremely aggressive and rude and would not want him to touch me again. She said to continue sending photos and after day 14 of it does not look better there will be a refund or partial refund or some kind of resolution. Still unhappy with her answer I said okay and kept sending photos, day 14 I sent this photo, both the nurse and the office manager responded, saying it looked great. On day 20 I reached out as I had not heard anything back from them as far as a resolution goes, only how great it looked. I sent this email where I had no response. "Hello, it is now day 20 since I have had my follow up visit where the filler was placed in my cheeks again. My last email I had requested a refund, again and that has not been replied to. I am sending this email to request a refund for the filler that was placed in my cheek Jan 3rd. I was told there would be a resolution on day 14 and it is now day 20. I feel like I'm getting the runaround at this point. I would like a direct answer on this matter. Thank you." On day 25 I called and the office manager stated that I would not be given a refund or any resolution and that they think it looks great and are very satisfied with how it turned out. She said she spoke with the doctor and he would not agree to any resolution. So all this to say, if this is how you want to look, go to Center for Beauty and see Sean McGuire.

Upon further evaluation he said he was unable to reduce to the size requested (a DDD to B) due to limited blood supply to the area. When asked about the drooping and sagging he related it to "dense" breast tissue and offered to correct for on a 10% off discount! I was quoted the full price and then he mentioned a new procedure he could try. This was within the year of first surgery. As a multiple revision patient, I did not want to have donor rib used in my nose because of…read morepotential problems with vascularization and resorption. I discussed my concerns with Dr. Katrib extensively at my preoperative appointments. He reassured me he understood, even saying he would harvest multiple grafts from my own ribs if needed during my surgery instead of using donor material. But when I woke up, I was shocked to hear he had used donor rib against my wishes and our agreed upon pre surgical plan. I had no choice but to focus on my own healing at that point but I remained worried about the integrity of the donor rib placed in my nose. At 9 months my nose started to lose projection overall and width in my tip in addition to some dents that had formed. I was told this was due to resorption and Dr. Katrib suggested a touch-up surgery. Part of the surgical plan included him making a small adjustment entailing a 1mm trim to my left LCSG to address clicking of the graft. Instead, he removed 3mm, collapsing the left side of my nose and causing cartilage to protrude from my tip. Now my nose is smaller, my grafts continue to resorb, dents and collapse are worsening, and I have breathing issues that were not present prior to the touchup. In addition, I am experiencing intermittent nerve pain in my right ear graft donor site. What was supposed to be a careful revision and touch-up, instead left me with serious cosmetic and functional issues that now require a complete rebuild in order to repair the damage. And I've since learned my story is not unique. Other patients describe the same pattern -- promises broken, grafts failing, noses collapsing -- leaving them searching for yet another surgeon to repair them. Trust is everything when you put your face, your health, and your life in a surgeon's hands. For me, that trust was shattered not once, but twice by Dr. Katrib. It has been devastating. A lot of these positive reviews are yearly post op patients. Look for long term results not early post up. Things change a lot post 9 months and not in a good way.
