It's a little disappointing when you go to a new therapist and you bury your soul and they look at you like you're a drug seeking addict even though you're over 60 and I've been on these meds for 15 years. I had my appointment yesterday I called once I confirmed I was out of meds/Scripps. I got put on hold after 10 minutes. I hung up this place is a joke stay away. Now I need to go out and find a shrink who doesn't think I'm a drug seeking addict and actually cares. That's the biggest disappointment. I mean having ADD sucks, but it doesn't need to be made worse by counselors and therapists who don't trust their patients. Stay away. If your therapist decides to retire, and they want to pass you along to Geode Health, just say, do you know of any other providers you can refer me out to. You won't regret it. This review is based upon my experience with the Park Ridge office. Much of my disappointment revolves around the fact that it's impossible to reach a live person. Everything's done by text.
