I trusted Dr. Bruckner with my child's care after a detailed discussion about our specific vaccine plan. Immediately after that conversation he left the room and sent a nurse who administered the WRONG vaccine to my child. The office only discovered the error when an insurance claim was denied for being out of sequence, and then failed to inform me at that time. He waited until our next appointment to inform me of his mistake. In my opinion this represents negligence, a serious breach of trust, and unacceptable concealment of a medical error. I cannot recommend this practice. read more

I am beyond disappointed with my experience with Dr. Bruckner. My little guy was having severe projective vomiting problems that he never took seriously or looked into any further and I had to go to the ER to have my concerns addressed. Fast forward, my son was not gaining weight properly and his percentile was dropping at every single appointment, again, he was not concerned and thought I was being overly concerned. He never took me seriously and continuously brushed off my concerns and said he was fine. At every single appointment I brought up his weight and delayed milestones and he thought I was being dramatic is how he made it seem. We saw him from birth to 9 months and fast forward we moved out of state. Now, in a new state with a new pediatrician THE FIRST appointment she sent us to a specialist. At the first appointment the specialist diagnosed him failure to thrive and low muscle tone... something he will have to deal with forever. Had Bruckner taken the time to listen and properly diagnose him, we could have gotten ahead of the testing and physical therapy when he was a baby; rather than getting a late start now that he's 15 months old. It's a damn shame that you grow out of your pediatric doctor. Unfortunately I'm too old to go back here, and too far out from having children to be bringing anyone soon. From before I could talk through the formative years of my life this man helped me with every ailment with massive amounts of care and attentiveness. Always felt safe around him, and valued his advice. My chart makes the Bible look like an easy read. I was not easy to deal with from chronic sinus problems and seemingly infinite allergies. He knew it, and me, front and back. The front desk was always smiley and friendly. I'll miss their company, service, and could not recommend them more to a mother looking for a long term doc. read more

I'm not too sure what the two reviews about Carolina are about, but she greeted me and my wife with an enthusiastic smile and remembered our son from when he was in before with a cold and asked how he was doing. She was very sweet, kind and helpful :) Dr. Bruckner was likewise great to meet. We are thankful to have him looking after our son. He took his time with us, answered all our questions and exchanged a few laughs talking about family history and some news we both read. We highly recommend Dr Bruckner and Carolina. read more

He is my sons pediatrician before and i am happy with his service because he is professional , persuasive and sympathetic. He also listens to my concerns and explain to me clearly whatever is happening to my son. He has good communication skill and good bedside manner. I would definitely recommend him. I can't say enough about Doctor Bruckner. My daughter has been seeing him since shortly after she was born and we all love him. In early 2013 she suffered abdominal pains that required an emergency hospital visit. During her stay, he rearranged his office schedule to come see her in the hospital and speak with the treating physician and review her lab work to be sure she was really being taken care of. I just can't say enough about him and how much he cares. And his office staff is amazing as well. They simply don't get better than Dr. Bruckner and his team. read more

Ok, it is now 2019 and I am still happy with Dr. Bruckner and his staff. I have a 14 year old now and even though Dr. Bruckner is not in our insurance network, we are still going to see him. Carolina as always has been so accomodating and helpful. My 14 year old is one of those children that wants to see the Dr for everything that might possibly be wrong with her. GREAT DR. Very kind and great at his job. Brought my kids there since birth. First time having an issue with billing and the snotty girl Carolina I think it is) on the phone couldn't tell me why. Called it a diagnostic 50$ charge and that was all, she could not tell me what that meant cause she was not in the room. So I asked to talk to the Dr since he was in the room and she said it was impossible he was way to busy with paying people for back to school physicals. We moved to Colorado and waited till we visited just to see him and now the manager said he is too busy to talk about it and will not be calling me back. Dr. Bruckner is lovely but this review is for the girl at the front office. Carolina or whatever her name was. I called to correct the spelling of my toddler's name on file and needles to say she was extremely rude. I also asked her not to address any mail directly to my toddler (as this in my opinion, is a privacy issue) and to send it to either my husband or myself and her response was also very discourteous. At some point, she started arguing with me about it. How unprofessional. The only reason I left my child's former pediatrician was distance otherwise I would have stuck with him. I called Bruckner's office a few days later and cancelled all future appointments with the Doctor. I'll be using another pediatrician which is unfortunate as I really like Bruckner. read more

His office staff is friendly and efficient . If you have a concern, there is never a problem to get a hold of the doctor. And the best thing of all, low wait time. This doctor is not only a HORRIBLE doctor, he is VERY unethical. My copay is $20. When my daughter saw him, Dr. Bruckner's office staff was out to lunch. So, I paid Dr. Bruckner directly $20 cash. Later I received a bill and explained I paid him $20 cash. I kept receiving bills and they said they would take care of it. Each month he adds a late fee. He now states I owe him $133 and sent me to collections. First, it is unethical that he accepted the cash and didn't enter it into the books. Second, it is crazy that he charges a monthly late fee that added up to $133 for a $20 copay. He refuses to budge. Yes, so do I. I paid him! He was WRONG, and rude. I worked at the hospital and my coworkers asked me why I went to him in the first place. He is a known to be an arrogant and incompetent doctor. Do not go to him. read more

Mark Bruckner took care of both of my children from the time they were born until they could no longer see a pediatrician anymore (over 18 years old!). He is patient, kind, and best of all he is a non-alarmist. He calms you down and is great with the kids - and the parents too. I wish my kids could still see him. I have been taking my four kids to Dr. Bruckner for the past 8 years. He is highly experienced, conservative and thorough in the way he prescribes medication. I never have a problem with getting an appointment and the wait time is always very short. There have been several times where he has personally called me if I have had an issue with one of my kids. I do not recommend this doctors office, which is unfortunate considering we were patients there for quite some time. My daughter was seen there for her physical and 10 year shots. I spoke to the office and only agreed to one shot that was mandatory and not the optional shot because my daughter was scared (understandable). My mother took her in for her shot and was told that there were 2 shots that needed to be given and when my mother let Carolina know that only one would be given Carolina in turn let my mom know she already drew up the shot and their office would not eat the bill so we would be paid or insurance but it was getting paid regardless if she got the shot. I then was called because my daughter was scared and Dr Bruckner was trying to speak to me and yelled at my mom to leave his office. Carolina then yelled at my daughter to sit down and take the shot while my mom was not in the room. I have never given written or verbal consent for anyone other than myself to okay any type of medical procedure. I asked them if they had something on file stating that I gave consent for the second shot or to give any additional medical procedures other than what was mandatory when scheduling the visit and they informed me they do not have anything on file. Carolina was on the phone and let me know that if they recognize someone has brought them in before they will move forward without parent consent. When I let her know that without my consent nothing should be done she laughed at me and said you weren't here. They practiced terrible customer service, violated my parental rights by not getting my consent before giving my child an injection I specifically said no to when scheduling the appointment and all in all showed terrible practice. I will not go back to this office and I recommend anyone considering doesn't go back either. Dr Bruckner called to apologize but it was too late for that and Carolina should not be someone of employment anywhere in the medical field with how she handled the entire situation. read more
