Fast forward, my son was not gaining weight properly and his percentile was dropping at every single appointment, again, he was not concerned and thought I was being overly concerned. At every single appointment I brought up his weight and delayed milestones and he thought I was being dramatic is how he made it seem. We saw him from birth to 9 months and fast forward we moved out of state. Now, in a new state with a new pediatrician THE FIRST appointment she sent us to a specialist. At the first appointment the specialist diagnosed him failure to thrive and low muscle tone... something he will have to deal with forever. Had Bruckner taken the time to listen and properly diagnose him, we could have gotten ahead of the testing and physical therapy when he was a baby; rather than getting a late start now that he's 15 months old. I do not recommend him.

This makes me question their priorities: are they here to help sick children, or just to sign up new patients? A 4-year-old with an ear infection was turned away because I couldn't promise loyalty to a clinic I've never even visited. It also shows what kind of person is answering the phone when you need help most, and that's exactly the moment a practice should be showing compassion, not indifference. This interaction says a lot about the values this practice operates with.

The suite we were going to is located on the third floor as well as the lab. When we entered, we received a friendly greeting by the front desk clerk and she checked us in. We were quickly brought into exam and after vitals and a few questions the provider joined us. The exam room was spacious, bright and clean. There were two chairs for my Mom and I to sit. The experience was very pleasant for my Mom. She liked all the staff very much. From my POV all staff was kind and very professional. Shout out to Dr. Kulai, Jona and Juan for providing excellent healthcare to my Mom.

He also shared info about how to use an inhaler with a spacer via a link in MyChart, which is helpful, as well. He also worked well with my kids.
