I'm not a hair dresser and trying to find someone on a Sunday to fix my mess was what I had to do because of work. I have known her for over ten years and because I couldn't get back to her ASAP she canceled all my future appointments with no phone call but through text which is extremely disrespectful. Also I referred several people and she charged me $150 more than the people I referred. I always tip 20%. I'm so glad this happened because when she was told not to worry about it I found someone to fix my hair. She asked if I wanted to come in on Tuesday when she's known for 12 years I work 12 hour days. I had no expectations of her coming in but she offered to take then out but would not put them back in. That would've been a nightmare. This has happened a couple times now. She over charges and her work has gone so down hill. I just didn't want to deal with my work and finding someone new. I should've left when she just out of no where started upping her prices only on me. I work extremely hard and she upped her prices and lowered her standards knowing I'd pay it. Don't come here!

A stylist here previously told me that there is ONLY ONE PERSON at this location who can do a good updo and to make sure to request that person-she said that "they are lying to you" if they say any other stylist can do a good updo here. I only come here because I don't know of another salon that offers convenient blowouts-if anyone has suggestions, please let me know! It feels wrong to be in establishment that only offers styling services and blowouts-get apparently their own stylist don't think they do a good job on updo styles and now they also blindside you with $30 additional fees for them taking longer to do the appointment which you have booked. (They also don't tell you they are taking longer nor do they tell you about this fee prior to your apt) For the record, I do not have very long hair, nor is my hair thick, particularly curly, and nor do I have extensions. The stylists here are very nice, I just always feel underwhelmed & ripped off leaving here. Also the chairs are horribly uncomfortable & the salon itself is begging for a refresh.
