Back during the beginning of Covid My stylist (David) suggested that I purchase his product in advance due to possible shipping delays. This I did and almost a year later he called me and said he had received a partial shipment, I attempted to schedule an appointment with him to no avail. I finally sent him a text requesting a full refund or all of my product. Never heard a word. I have since moved on and only want to be made whole. He lives on Colorado most of the time so sueing him is going to take some effort but I do have attorneys working on it. read more

I went in for an appointment today with Carlos. I've been wanting to cut my hair short for a while but haven't found a stylist who can cut thick hair well, but I guess that changed today! Carlos was great to work with. He took time to hear my hair story and any questions I had he took his time to explain to me each process and answer my questions. I personally was so scared to go to a hair stylist, I have had some horrible experiences in the past and I had been growing out my hair for 4 years. May of this year I decided to change my look up and went to a different salon in Mira Mesa called "Mermaid salon and spa" they not only messed up my hair once but tried to fix it and messed it up again. And by messed up I'm talking about coloring which ultimately lead to breakage. Carlos services my coworker and gave her the balayage that I was trying to obtain for months in one sitting. CARLOS IS AMAZING! I have naturally thick long curly hair and I love and rock my curls most of the time but every once and awhile I like to switch it up and wear it straight and sleek.
