She has been charging me for an eye evaluation AND an eye exam -BOTH- every single year for several years when all I needed was the yearly exam that's covered by insurance ! I've been getting the same contacts for years with no changes and no issues with my eyes!!! Additionally, she never gets the prescription right! After paying her for an exam $180 and her reimbursing me for the unnecessary $180 "eye evaluation" she refused to order me my contact lenses! I gave her several chances to do the right thing and she chose vindictive and spiteful. She chose to be spiteful and vindictive because I caught her in her unethical practices!!! I've contacted my insurance and will be contacting the board of ethics as well.

The doc is straight forward as to what you need to know about your eyes.
