Lee helped fit my new glasses and took his time with my adjustment, although the store was busy. After being fitted with my new glasses I asked Lee if he could replace the pads on the glasses I had gotten there last year. No problem, after I told him they are not comfortable to wear. Not only did Lee replace the old pads with a new softer pad he also replaced the pads with my new glasses to the softer pad. (Not including the time I took to browse frames.) My glasses came back in less than the two weeks stated. I do wish they had more coach frame options. I wanted a 2nd pair to get the 40% off of those. I saw some brown ones online but they didn't have them in the store & I wanted to try them on before I committed. You only get 30 days to order the 2nd pair. The store was organized & clean. They had two or three ppl to consult/ complete your order. Pick up was just as smooth. He had me try them on to make sure they fit properly & didn't need adjusting. Quick & easy. We went on for years having difficulty in school. I switched eye doctors and took her to Dr. Fisher for a first time visit just because I was no longer happy with the run of the mill optometrist we were using. Dr. Fisher immediately picked up on a problem and referred her to Dr. Rousseau who also works in his office to help with her issue. The learning disability was stemming from her vision.
