We took our taxes here because it has a "5 star" DO NOT take your taxes here, they do not know what they are doing and VERY unprofessional. It took 4 months to even get any information on our 2023 taxes, we also had some years before this as well and they said it's doable and asked for an extension...well, we called one day and apparently a lot of people quit and then Leann took over our taxes. This lady is SO disrespectful and will talk down to you. She got involved with my husband's personal life choices and told him to stop doing what he was doing with his money. After she said that we got our taxes and took them somewhere else, the new tax place had told us they did them wrong and they even left out W2 forms for 2023!!!!! The new tax place said they overcharged us!!! We have been calling to try and talk with anyone else but, Leann answered the phone and said "YOU ARE FIRED!!!" (Whatever that means) Please do not go here. DO NOT work with Leann. She needs to be fired! This business obviously needs some help. read more

New ownership since 2024 and staff is completely incompetent. Poor communication and very unprofessional. Taxes are not completed almost 4 months after submitting information. I have emailed and called and cannot get a firm date for completion and cannot get anyone to respond either via email or phone. I would not recommend this business read more

Best tax accountant ever. Mark works tirelessly during tax season and schedules your appointment with enough time to physically complete & file your taxes while you are there. Kick back in his office looking at the 3 Stooges memorabilia and reap your reward with a great accountant on your books. *Note, there is an odd smell - pizza parlor and stale beer meets employees smoking in the bathroom meets old lady air freshener. Be warned but it is still worth it. read more
