Never rushed and her "out of the box" thinking is refreshing considering the managed medical environment most of us experience these days. She has managed me through some on the blackest days my psyche has undergone of late and has bent over backwards to provide me with the tools and documentation I've needed to move forward with life. In all, this is a physician with whom I wish to move forward with, for many years to come.

She first was annoyed that we asked her to speak Spanish. When on her bio mentions she speaks it fluently. Her demeanor towards us left us wanting to leave the appointment immediately. Made my family member feel incredibly bad about themselves to the point that she felt her blood pressure raise and was left shaken from the worse experience ever from a doctor. Very insensitive to so many questions. Zero bedside manner. No sense of patience or care AT ALL. She was annoyed that I was prepared with lab work as if that isn't her job to look at it. I don't know how she considers herself a doctor. If she hates people so much, she shouldn't work there. Perhaps the DMV is a better job. I truly feel sorry for anyone that has her. We've never had bad experiences in doctors until today. We will be reporting her to the insurance. This was unacceptable. And incredibly unprofessional. Do not go to her unless you want to feel berated and unappreciated. Unbelievable.

Dr. Arora told me, "I wish more people would just come here and be tested for heart disease...like in your case, you were born that way!" But I didn't know it until I became curious. For the past 2 months, I can honestly report that Dr, Arora has not spared his knowledge and curiosity to nail down what's going on with me. He explained the reason for every test and the plan to resolve it. Don't let distance be an obstacle. Give this doctor a try, especially if you're CURIOUS. But certainly, if you're having a peculiar feeling.

Lack of Compassion After Loss…read more My family had entrusted Dr. Arora with the care of our loved one (my father) during a critical time. My father was a patient for over 20 years. Sadly, after his passing, we received no follow-up, no condolences, and no acknowledgment whatsoever. The absence of any communication felt extremely cold and dismissive, especially given the seriousness of the condition and the time spent under this doctor's care. Not to mention my father was on several unnecessary medications due to his artial fibrillation. After his diagnosis, he was removed from all restrictive and so called " necessary" medications by a different doctor and was never in a-fib again. Kickbacks or payments given to healthcare professionals, such as doctors, in exchange for prescribing or recommending specific drugs is truly unethical and quite disgusting and can have long-term negative consequences for patients. While medical expertise is important, compassion and humanity are equally important and vital in the healthcare profession. A simple message of sympathy or closure would have meant a great deal to our grieving family. I hope this practice reflects on how they can support families during such difficult moments.

My mother started with symptoms of GERD and losing weight because she couldn't eat, this started in March. She was ordered by this guy to take several tests and X-rays done to find the cause and he diagnosed her for months that she had "pancreatitis". Had her go back and forth to the office, take tests and guess what she had the whole time? CANCER. we didn't find out from him though, in June she was experiencing lots of pain, lost so much weight, couldn't eat right so she admitted herself to the ER and was told there she had stage 4 gastric cancer...my mom went from 135lbs to 70lbs. THIS man couldn't not figure out it was cancer?? And even when we did go to follow up meeting with him after her diagnoses, he wasn't even in there for more than 5 mins with my mom and he was gone. ASKED HER 1 simple fucken question, how are you? Would prescribe her medication for her pain, AND THIS JERK WAS GONE. I couldn't believe it. DR ROJAS DOESNT CARE ABOUT HIS PATIENTS. HE ONLY CARES ABOUT HIS MONEY IM SURE. THANK U FOR MISDIAGNOSING MY MOTHER FOR MONTHS AND GIVING HER THE RUN AROUND. BECAUSE OF YOU, SHES GONE NOW. PLEASE PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY, HE IS NOT A DOCTOR YOU WANT TO HAVE. GENTE POR FAVOR DE NO ESCOJER ESTE DOCTOR NO LE IMPORTA LA SALUD DE USTED SOLO EL DINERO. DR ROJAS ES BASURA!!!

While we appreciate the proximity of your office, I am increasingly concerned about the frequency of her required visits. My mother is 86 years old and, while she is generally in good condition, she experiences persistent left hip and abdominal pain that began five years ago after a minor stroke. We have been bringing her to Dr Lee's office almost every month--and recently at least almost twice a month--for this same pain, but unfortunately, nothing has worked so far. Additionally, she undergoes blood tests and urine tests very frequently around every 2 months, most recently three weeks ago, and it seems these tests are conducted less than every eight weeks. As her caregiver, I am concerned about the physical toll that this frequent testing and traveling takes on her. Most recently, I called Dr. Lee's office to request a refill for her cough medicine which we got prescribed from Dr Lee, His staff informed me that we need to schedule yet another in-person visit. Given that we have already visited 3 weeks ago, I would like to better understand the medical necessity behind requiring an in-person appointment for a routine medication refill, as well as the need for such frequent diagnostic testing. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss a more streamlined care plan for my mother that minimizes unnecessary travel while still managing her health effectively.
