No, i have never ever heard a doctor yelled at a patient before, instead all I hear is chit chatting and laughing with his patients, and he also gave me some sample products for my face. The doctor never makes you wait, usually its the staff fault for not notifying the doctor that you are waiting because it has happened to me on many occasions. You just have to remind them. Also the doctor might seemed like he's taking a break on his computer or running outside for a break, and making you wait, but he's actually looking up infos for or checking the pharmacy next door for his patient.
