So I leave a voicemail. Of the four times I have called, I have only been called back twice. The first, while I was at work and could not pick up, the second right at 8 in the morning and I missed it. Tried calling back at the extension provided and right back to the voicemail box. I would love to comment on quality of care but I still have not even had a chance to speak to anyone in the office. This is insanely unprofessional and I am now reaching out to my primary care provider to go anywhere else because I do not trust them to be the care providers for a chronic condition if they can't even get an appointment scheduled in a reasonable manner.

I thought I should see an expert, so I tried to set an appointment and am told I need a referral even though my insurance does not require it. It usually takes over a month to get into my doctor and I would have to get fresh blood work from my doctor because apparently, they do not refer you for blood work before your first appointment. There was also something else I needed to bring for my first appointment but by then I had stopped listening.

He saved my mother's life on more than one occasion and yes, he actually looks at your file before making any judgments. In my case I had been complaining of being tired for years. Until I started seeing Dr. Wong. He read my chart and scheduled me for a sleep study. Turns out I have sleep Apnea. Every other doctor had assumed it was strictly my weight making me tired. I mentioned I had surgery and had been waiting to get some XRays done to be sure I didn't need another crazy surgery- she had the XRays done right on the spot! The office and staff were great- While I never actually pay attention to the receptionists (they aren't the ones I'm there to see) her assistants were marvelous. They scheduled appointments with my referrals, called in my prescriptions to the pharmacist and answered any last minute questions I had. I'm going to schedule with Dr Eppele from now on.

They were however more concerned about the message than the medical care needed, stating they always answer their phones. Being more concerned about addressing the not answering phones comment than the actual medical emergency really says a lot about the staff. And they really don't answer phones because not even the insurance company was able to get through to them. Guess I really touched a sore spot there. Dr. Hsu should consider getting new staff unless this is actually a representation of her as a professional. But I've never actually been able to see her so I can't speak on her as a doctor. Such a shame. Update: I called multiple times so yes I did leave a voicemail with my information. Not only did I spend all morning trying to get a hold of you, but my insurance company tried too. They were met with no response as well and were very concerned that they changed my PCP immediately. When I got a call back it was because I upset you and I was never asked what medical support I needed. I was met with a "we always answer our phone, what do you mean?" So of course I was upset because I finally get a call back and it's regarding my comment. By this point, I had already changed my PCP and got an appointment for my medical situation. So, yes, I no longer needed your services. Regardless, I hope you can do better by your current and future clients. If you are unable to met demands it might be time to hire more hands or get a better system. My experience doesn't need to be everyone else's.

They're extremely helpful and efficient and return phone calls when you need them to answer a question or concern. Her office is like a Beverly Hills office in that it's a beautiful office and you'll walk in looking for the Nordstrom's piano player. It's that nice and extremely clean. I felt this was extremely rude. As a patient with HMO insurance, I came for the purpose of receiving treatment. Regardless of the hospital's decision, isn't it essential for a doctor to show ethics and kindness in treating patients? Treating patients with an attitude of "the law is the law, so it doesn't concern us" is unethical. I am very disappointed that this hospital seems to divide patients into profitable and unprofitable ones like a business. I suggest to Change the name of the business for God sake!
