It's more the rule than the exception these days. Happy to say that my interaction with the Poway State Farm, first Mike Dolan, now Bob Francy has been excellent. Great responsiveness by phone, e-mail, whatever. As much as I like to do things for myself (like adding a car, or reporting mileage on a vehicle using the State Farm website), the personal touch and assurance of things getting done (right) by making a simple phone call to their office is actually easier.
