When I moved to the Deerfield area a few years ago, I originally planned on seeing my previous dentist, even though it would have been a substantial drive. Dr.Jacob is unethical, dishonest dentist and has the worst dental practice. Not only he and his team do not care about his loyal clients, he does not have any compasion or communication skills. He should be ashamed of himself of what he put me trough. I was extremly stressed out, lost sleep and had anxiety over it. Recently he did some dental work, it was wrong on his part. I told him I'm not happy with it and it needs to be redone. First, he totally ignored me: would not answer the phone, would not return my messages. Then, he was "holding me hostage" by saying he's ONLY going to fix his admitted mistake, if I'll do more dental work for other tooth for additional fee. Dr. Jacob changed everything for me. I left my lifelong dentist because I wasn't happy with her. In the matter of 2 years, my teeth are in the best shape that they have every been. The periodontist did a gum graft for me, which turned out great as well. One of the things that had bothered me was that I had a gap between my teeth. I had tried doing Invisalign, but I'm bad at keeping with it. Dr. Jacobs came up with a genius idea that fixed my teeth in ONE HOUR. He used filling in between my teeth and they look great. Dr. Jacob and staff seem thorough. But while Dr. Jacob's name is on the door, the procedures are now actually done by a younger, less-experienced but nice Dr. Lorenzo. But last time I was there for a procedure, Dr. Lorenzo left me halfway through to serve another patient for 15 minutes while I sat alone waiting with a big hole in my tooth. Unprofessional. Do not let Dr. Jacob do any tooth extractions! Long story short, have an oral surgeon do extractions. I suffered a horrible experience having a failed tooth extraction happen there. There was a prior scheduling mishap: I showed up and my appointment cancelled or moved without notice. Time to find a new dentist. read more

Dr. Jacob is very dishonest doctor, I had a cavity on my chewing tooth and he recommended extraction, which I did . when I went to another doctor they told me he wanted to take the tooth out so he can convince you to get a implant. after a few months I found out he did exact same thing to my friend. We both stop going there. He also text you confirming appointment and claiming it's one of the girls working in the office. One day when he texted me and said the message was coming from one of the girls working in the office, I went to the office in 20 minutes and that girl was not even working there that day, I told him he should stop doing that.
