Listen I know this is IN the mall.. But OMG the food here is always 10/10. I always get the mild or hot garlic pepper with fries.. So that's personally the only food item I can review. But the wings are always hot and fresh, as are the fries. They work really fast and are friendly. Plus it's an open kitchen. Which is always nice, especially for a mall. Good wings (my favorite place to get wings), sandwiches and salads (the pasta salad is pretty good). The turtle cake is delightful. Matter-of-fact, whenever my niece comes to visit, she has to order some wings. Like it's a MUST. They need to get a phone line to place call in orders or an app or something! They stopped taking phone orders a couple years ago and it's irritating. They also stopped giving celery with the wings because supposedly celery was too expensive! Huh?! But they keep raising the prices and now, today took the cake. Today they had the nerve to serve these pigeon wings! Like, I love their wings but come on, don't keep raising the prices and then deliver poor quality. I understand keeping up with costs, but don't raise prices and deliver less than before. I'm up in the air about this place. I'm curious as to if I ordered the wrong flavor or if it's just not good! I ordered the hot lemon pepper, but the lemon was overpowering every other flavor so it was like I was eating a sour piece of chicken. Horrible customer service! I understand the mall closes at 9pm and everyone wants to go home, however I arrived at 808pm and all of the employees were shuffling around rushing customer orders. I usually like this restaurant in the food court, but they have put a bad taste in my mouth. They gave me the incorrect order and the rude cashier insisted that I told her the wrong order! As a vegetarian, I enjoy the fries because that's the only thing I can eat. My family says the wings are excellent but I wouldn't really know. The fries are nice and crispy and never soggy. I would recommend to anyone who likes wings and fries. read more

I give them 2 stars because the wings are cooked to my liking but the customer service is truly lacking and they appear to me to be going through some business revamping. I say this because 3/4 of their space was once the deli side of the business which they no longer serve sandwiches and other deli delectables and solely selling chicken wings. I did not get a warm welcome and smile you'd expect operating under such obvious reorg state and I felt uneasy and not welcomed. Got that I just want your money greeting. Gave them a second try and attitude was the same. A couple of folk were obviously trying to decide where/what they wanted to eat and were standing more in the middle of the food court than in front of any one of the eateries. I approached and was told to move back to where the line starts...we'll I was the only one there except for the undecided folk standing in the middle of the isle. He yelled to them and asked if they wanted to order. They continue in their huddle and did not acknowledge him and walked off. There I waited all this time. He told me to come back to the register where he'd just told me to move back from and asked my order. I asked why I had to wait through all that time of indecision only to be told to come back up. He stated he wanted to see if they wanted to order. Disappointed in his response I asked for 10 all flat, half hot, half lemon pepper, Krispy. The cook listening to our previous exchange said he could only do mix which was a standard regular order. If I want standard/ regular order I would not have requested a custom order. Why offer me what I did not ask for. I told him I did not want that and left. If you are in the business of only selling chicken wings and you can't give the customer any variations because the budget want allow, you should close your doors on top of poor costumer service. Market Delis food is wonderful. I love their sandwiches and wings to death. I would love to eat there... But they have one girl with dark hair in particular who is extremely rude and has a terrible terrible attitude. And it wasn't just something going on that day. I've almost been involved in an altercation with her three times over how unnecessarily awful she was being towards myself and other customers. Also, working at the mall, they have a policy unlike any other restaurant at the food court. We have 30 minutes for our break. If you order wings you will have to wait as they make them to order most of the time anyway. Yet with two cashiers, a separate employee making sandwiches, they still make you go wait behind the person standing at the sandwich counter ordering 6 sandwiches. This eliminates them as a possibility if you're in a hurry. read more

I have been coming here since they opened because I really like the sandwiches. Today I came in (7-21 @ 7:44pm) and noticed only the cashier was up front. She turned asking me if I wanted wings. I let her know I was just hoping for a sandwich (I'm pregnant and this is my craving). She tells me that the sandwich maker is on break. I was willing to wait because my child and niece and nephew were getting a pizza elsewhere that was going to take 25 minutes to bake up. I asked her if she knew when the guy would be back. She rudely replied "I don't know, never". I was furious and felt like she was denying me service. I told her it was BS and left. My husband came back to ask for a manager but she said the manager never came to the place and she didn't know when he would be there, "maybe tomorrow". I am furious and so upset.
