Ordered the jalapeño cheese hot dog, poutine, and Cesar salad. Hot dog was good, had a slight kick but I wished it came assembled with toppings, I read the description and assumed it would not knowing I'd have to make decisions (poor me). Poutine was hot, potatoes were soft and salted well, not enough cheese curds. Cesar salad was overdressed and not good, pieces were bad, as in orange and brown.

Fantastic Poutine! Cheese is slightly sweet and creamy yet stays firm within the dish. Gravy was amazing. I would like a bit more gravy and cheese next time though because my fries at the bottom we bare. Handful of beers on tap, and the friendly staff let me try one to help me select my beer of choice. Seating is anywhere you can find...this is a marketplace so don't be afraid to sit with others and make some friends.

Staff: I feel they were pretty nice. Quality/Quantity: Yoooo, these burgers are so good. Huge and packed with meat, Wife got a turkey club sandwich that was beyond good. She described it as heavenly. There was a sweet and savory sauce that took it to the next level of amazing. Far beyond any other club sandwich. Value: Not bad, not bad at all. The 2 burgers, a hot dog, club sandwich, and a drink for $44. Overall: We really really enjoyed the food here. Pro Tip: Seating can be tough considering the other food places and tourist nature. Fear not as there is an attached covered seating area for this restaurant alone. The outdoor seating is comfortable, shaded, and a great ambiance. **Don't miss this spot**

Only had the poutine here, but it was epic! Great gravy- definitely tasted like it is made in house. Great fries and cheese curds. All this makes for great poutine. Loved it! Also- super friendly staff! Great place!

This spot is the Granville Public Market, close to one of the entrances. They have coffee products and bunch of lunch options. I ordered a Whiskey BBQ burger and a poutine and were pretty satisfied with the food. I took my tray and ate outside at a patio table facing the harbor/river (at least I think it's a river) with some live music happening. There are plenty of food options in the Public Market and in the surrounding area.

We wanted to have some poutine fries and went to Market Grill on Granville Island. We had the Euro poutine with Bavarian smokies, which was nice. It took a bit for the food to co e out, but the outside patio for customers compensated for that as we did not have to hunt down a table somewhere.

In the heart of Granville Island Market is a burger place that rocks. Fully renovated with beer on tap now! But I'm back for the best salmon burger in BC. It's called Pacific Gold, and is it ever. Yumm!

Market Grill is located at the front entrance on your right side when you enter Granville Market. They sell what seemed to be delicious hamburgers. I heard several customers say they love them and they sure did smell good. I thought of ordering one but I had my heart set on the poutine. If you don't know, poutine is fries with cheese curds and gravy on top. It is a pretty popular side dish in Canada. I ordered my poutine and waited maybe 8 minutes or so for it to be prepared for me. They definitely do not do any of the preparation in advance which is fine by me. I really loved the gravy on the top of the dish. It was hearty and flavorful, not watered down. The cheese curds were sort of tasteless to me. The fries were good, but I do believe they should have been cooked more. But what I was really happy about is that the this poutine was served to me piping hot. Not only that, it stayed hot for about that 12 minutes or so it took me to eat through this delicious dish.

    Poutine. Yum

We came due to recent reviews and were not disappointed. Food was great, seating ok, but kinda confusing as far as one should order or sit down first. The food was very good. Creative, very large portions, decent price for the area.very busy area, so be prepared to wait, but it is worth it.

I ordered the mushroom smash and upgraded to tater tots, and you get a choice of "flavour" for tater tots - I chose all dressed. When it first came out, there was a mixup in my order and it came out with plain fries - they were quick to fix their error and there was a generous portion of tater tots for the $6 upgrade fee. Solid reviews on Yelp had us on the way. What a great little spot! There used to be so many diners of this style, it's a shame so many are no longer there for us to enjoy a simpler time. It's 100% diner right down to the mini juke boxes in each booth to the red and chrome bar stools. Even found an old Kellogg's individual cereal box display like one we had in my parents diner in Ontario, that was very cool! The service was spot on with our two servers working in unison to get waters, tea, orders, delivering food, cleaning up like a well oiled team. They even have old fashioned milk shakes and an Hamilton Beach machine to blend them up. WOW, nostalgia. The food came out quickly and was cooked exactly as we asked, and it was plentiful and a solid breakfast for the price. My potatoes were a little greasy, to me, but everything else was perfect. The bacon, three slices, of good quality and perfectly crispy as ordered. We will most certainly return to The Templeton when downtown again. Our hotel close by, not so much, but this little gem, unquestionably!

After going to a local sporting event and looking for a late night bite to eat, we decided to come give them a try. The interior is quite minimalist, and the menu is simple. My husband wanted to try their bacon cheeseburger while I ordered a classic cheeseburger. We ordered one set of classic french fries and one set of poutine fries. While they were preparing our food, we made our way down the long hallway to the back where the speakeasy was located. We just wanted to peek our heads in, but didn't stay for a drink. The cool thing about Hundy is that the speakeasy will serve their food while apparently also serving up some tasty cocktails. But back to Hundy and the food. The cheeseburger was absolutely delicious and the french fries were cooked to crispy golden perfection. As for the poutine, it was some of the best that we had on our trip. So speakeasy aside, if you're looking for a good burger in Vancouver, I would definitely come check out Hundy.
