Exceptional service I had the most amazing experience last night. A dear friend of mine had rings made for my husband and I celebrating our 40th anniversary together. They arrived yesterday and are stunning. However, my ring is a bit large and needed attention. I went into Mark's and was greeted by Hillary. She was exceptional. She was gracious knowledgeable and gave me her expert advice. And these were rings that were not even purchased through her company. She advised me what I should do and made the ring wearable for me for our event tomorrow night. She turned to bad situation into a positive experience I've had some repairs done at Marks and have purchased a few items. Because of Hillary's actions they have a customer for life. Stay away from this jeweler. Purchased a diamond ring for my wife for our 25th anniversary and was talked into a questionable setting by the sales lady. The sales lady stated that the ring came with a lifetime warranty to fix it if there were problems with the setting. Over the years my wife has had it repaired several times ( diamonds kept falling out). She took it in again today to have it repaired again and they refused to honor their warranty. They said the warranty was for the lifetime of the ring and they arbitrarily determined that the lifetime of the ring has ended. That's funny, my wife is still wearing the ring so the lifetime has not ended. They have lost a loyal customer and don't seem to care! read more

My engagement ring is my dream ring; it is absolutely stunning and completely fits my style. After shopping around the general chain diamond stores in KOP, I found that Mark's Jewelers was one of the only verified Verragio retailers in the area. It's a beautiful modern store with a very welcoming atmosphere. I was taken care of by both David Koller and David Mazar, who were amazing. David K took the time to listen to what my vision was for the ring I wanted to get my girlfriend (now fiance), asked plenty of questions, was extremely informative, and also answered all the questions I had about the engagement ring. Not once in the process did I feel pressured to make a purchase from them nor did they try to force a sale. It was a very comfortable experience. I truly enjoyed working with them. Originally I was planning on purchasing a loose diamond from an online retailer and just the setting from Mark's but through multiple conversations with David M, we were able to come to an agreement that made both parties very satisfied and happy. We chose Marks because it's a local family owned business and I'd always rather support them than a large jewelry chain. I came here to get my ring resized an Peter was a great help, he also gave me and my fiance options about what to do because Kay jewelry was not a big help when getting my ring resized. My ring is currently at Kays because we need to get a whole new ring sized but we are getting our wedding bands here from Peter. He was great and very knowledgeable. I never felt like I was pressured, I felt comfortable and relaxed while choosing a ring, ring size, ring style. He also offered me and my fiance a drink and made sure we had all of our options. i give marks a -1 thats a negative 1 review i went there asking about my gold bars i had bought that are 999.9 % pure gold. if you dont understand that its pure 24 k gold and they cut open a piece of gold bar that has all documents and purity reviews that was sealed in plastic with authenticity stamped on it and decided to destroy my bar by scraping the gold bar and trying to tell me that its not real to lowball me. after that i felt that i got ripped of from whom i bought the gold from but i was smart enought to go to other place that did the same test that mark's jewelry did to tell me it is all pure gold and that marks dont know how to buy real gold and there so called xray machine and what ever liquid they put on my 2.5 gold bar that they apperantly do not know what they are doing since my gold is 100% real and i was shown the real truth at a real buy gold place that was not trying to rip me off and i got true pricing for my gold bars. i will NEVER RECOMMEND MARKS JEWELRY TO ANYONE SO BEWARE OF THIS PLACE ITS A JOKE. read more

VERY Satisfied Customer: This is an absolutely beautiful store with amazing amenities. The industrial lighting and open store feel is very comforting and beautiful. They have a full bar and lounge area for people who want to take a break while their significant other shops. They also do everything in store from setting diamonds and repairs to the appraisal of your purchase. My fiancé and her sister were assisted by Gerry, who helped her pick an amazing setting with his decades of knowledge. I went back a week or two later and Gerry was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. They have great semi-private booth seating in the center of the store inside the surrounding jewelry cases where we went over the setting and he helped me pick out the best diamond possible for my setting. He took his time and explained everything I should know about how to pick out a diamond and answered any questions I had during the process. After purchasing the setting and diamond they shipped the info on the setting to get made. I wasn't originally going to propose until the spring but a surprise birthday trip to NYC was the perfect opportunity to pop the question. I called to ask if my ring was close to being done a week before when Mark (the owner) told me it was delayed but shipping within a few days. He made sure the ring was overnighted to assure I would have the ring for my trip. The customer service was outstanding on all ends of the process. After she said yes, we scheduled a meeting with Gerry the weekend after where he explained to my fiancé in detail about the diamond itself (cut, color, clarity etc) along with their awesome Forevermark promise and showing her its unique ID that's inside the diamond. They checked the fit and cleaned the ring one last time, but the final touch on this amazing process was the engagement gift they gave my fiancé and I on the way out. Marks Jewelers was outstanding from the moment I stepped foot inside the door to the moment my fiancé and I left together. I couldn't have been happier with the process and customer service. On top of that, I can get my ring re-dipped for free forever, and they encourage me to come in and have it professionally cleaned whenever I want! I have bought numerous pieces here over the years and I will never buy another piece of jewelry here again. A necklace we bought there keeps breaking and they pretty much said it's her fault and the necklace wasn't made great. WE BOUGHT THE NECKLACE AT MARKS! Now they are charging us to get it fixed. While in there she asked for her ring to be cleaned and they looked at her like she was nuts. It wasn't, ok sounds good and we will get that taken care of, its a million questions. All they had to do was put in our name and you would see all that we have bought. I am looking to buy another her another ring for our anniversary so my wife just asked what they had and that she is looking for a statement ring. She asked for her birthstone to be used and they guy pretty much laughed at her and said that would look horrible. So we will buy it at Yurman who has better service and warranty. They all walk around like they are better then you when in there. I DO NOT recommend buying anything at Marks as we will never go back to purchase anything. We are done!! Peter Capili is a great sales person at Marks Jewelers. He gave us his full attention. Last August 2017, My mother and I went to Marks Jewelers to have her ring cleaned. Little did she know that her diamond in her ring was barely in the setting. Only 2 out of the 4 prongs were keeping the diamond in place. Also need to mention my mother traveled from the Philippines to Philly. Peter said she was very lucky she did not lose the diamond during her travels. Peter suggested to change the bezel setting. When the ring was returned, it was stunning. As for the photo above, my white gold ring was turning gold. Peter did rhodium process to my ring above and 2 other rings and my bracelet. Peter also took the time to help fix my father's ( who is ) first Rolex Watch. He knew that the watch had sentimental meaning. He repaired the band and also cleaned the crystal glass, but Peter also mention that he did not want to take all the scratches and dings out of the watch, for reason that it brings character to the watch. It's really hard for me to put into word the FANTASTIC experience we just had at Mark's this past weekend. We literally cannot stop talking about how great it was! First of all, the store is GORGEOUS. It's huge, there's a full bar, and plenty and plenty of jewelry to pick from. We had to wait only about 10-15 minutes for a sales person, but we browsed the jewelry while we waited. Our sales person turned out to be David and we feel SO blessed that he was matched with us! David was fantastic from START TO FINISH. We chatted for a bit at the counter about what I wanted in my engagement ring, and then he brought us back behind the counter in a little booth for more privacy. David took the time to talk to us about every single cut, color, shape, type, price, etc. of diamonds to make sure that we were making the right decision. He was honest and up front from the start, and that's something I always appreciate about a sales person. He was so far from pushy and we really felt like we made friends with David. They offer drinks while you're waiting, which is a pretty big bonus. The pricing is FANTASTIC...I am actually shocked that this place has 4 $$$$ on their yelp page. My fiancé purchased my absolutely stunning engagement ring from Marks. Its a 1.02 carat forever-mark and it's breathtaking! I was excited to get my ring sized and blown away by how beautiful the store is! I could spend all day in there. He bought a ring that just happened to be two sizes too big. But that was not a problem and they were able to put a sizer on my current ring and order us a new mount since it couldn't be taken down that many sizes. This review is definitely going to sound like I was hired by Mark's but my goodness I absolutely love this place! I can start off by saying my girlfriend and I were going here just to look at rings to kind of get an idea of what she liked. That quickly changed once we met our salesman David who was amazing! After talking shop and what we were thinking or wanted in a ring he took us back to these cool booths that they have on the inside of the engagement ring cases. Once we set down and talked about price and diamond size, etc. David was never pushy and really just tried to make sure that we knew all the information and got what we wanted in a ring. We went in not thinking of getting a ring but left with a custom ring picked out and the 3D renderings ordered! Now just to finish up the new store is just beautiful, like I stated the booths they have on the inside of engagement rings cases really makes the process personal and great if you don't want anyone to hear how much you can spend or want to spend on a ring. Also I can't believe it took this long but they have a full bar that you can order from while you are picking out your ring which I have never seen before at a jeweler! All I can say if you are looking for any type of jewelry this is the place to go, most definitely if you are looking for an engagement ring. Went to Marks to get ideas for engagement ring for one of my friends today and had the worst experience. The salesperson was actually yawning in our faces. She never gave us any information about the rings my friend was trying. Not a mention of price or quality of the diamond. We asked what's the difference between a lab made diamond and a natural, she said there is no difference. I wouldn't ever step foot make in that store. Fantastic store and awesome service. Upon arrival you will see a huge open space with industrial ceilings that gives the store a modern feel. Being a young adult jewelry shopping is usually something that would be intimidating to me but I felt right at home here. I love Marks Jewelers! I've been dealing with this place for years. I purchased numerous items from them. I frequent the shop in Levittown just because it's closer. I found myself at the new store because my wife and I needed to have our rings dipped and have them reappraised. The new place is so much larger than the old one. They offer a small bar area to have some drinks while shopping etc. Their customer service is top notch and frankly can't be beaten. Our rings were done in two days and we couldn't be happier. I stumbled upon Marks Jewelers while waiting for a table at the deli next door and I happened to have a necklace that needed repair on me at the time. I went in to have it repaired and spoke with Chelsea. Chelsea was so sweet and the service I received from her was enough to make me want to go back. I dropped off my necklace for a chain replacement (I had the replacement with me so I didn't buy anything from here) and it was put on within a half hour. When I went to pick it up, they said the work was so quick and easy that they didn't bother charging me. Thoughtfulness and service like this will make me keep them in mind the next time I want to purchase a nice piece of jewelry. I actually need something custom-made, so i'll see if they are able to do it. Aside from making custom jewelry, they had a wide selection of gorgeous items available but I didn't want to look because that would have been detrimental to my wallet.
