NO itemized information on the charges at all. It seemed like a lot of money!!! I called the secretary later that afternoon and she had the owner call me back. He listened to my concerns and we arrived at a compromise. So, just be informed of the charges beforehand and get multiple estimates if you can. I told him to replace a hot water stop that under the kitchen sink. The company owner, me and the plumber all on the phone talked the price is $250 for replacing one water stop (dual angle stop). They asked $500 for replacing two water stops, but I rejected. I feel their price is too high so I asked them only replacing one. After the plumber replaced one dual angle stop, they sent me an invoice $325, without any reason why they charge more than $250. I sent them two messages and one email to ask reasons but I haven't received any answer. You should pay special attention if you use this business. $250 for replacing one water stop is a high price but they changed to $325.
