She was more interested in chit chatting to the previous customer on how she was so spoiled as a child. She pointed over to the trim area and said you can go look back there if you want to.I have lots of design work to do in my new home .The selection of the fabric look nice but her rudeness was shocking . I would rather drive 3 hours to the lake Park location were they will assist you with a big job or a simple question . Very unwelcoming to a new resident.

On top of that, I had a great time, too! The store was fully stocked with Christmas inventory and I was there for it! There are so many beautiful things to choose from. So, after 2 years we still don't have songs. Customer service on damaged cabinet was worse than abysmal... they refused to even try to help. Instead, they said deal with designer..,and designer said they gave him runaround. Kravet is just a ripoff...funneling to designers to overcharge clients. Avoid at all costs if you care about your money.

He then lied to me that it has been shipped, that was over a week ago. Last time he kept my machine 4 weeks while he was out of Florida working his main job. I do recommend this shop to anyone. They do not treat you like a person who spent 12k for a Bernina 590 machine. I had 2 orders for designs that I had to cancel since my machine is still being held hostage. I will never buy anything nor will my machine ever set foot in that store. It will go to Tops for any further issue.
