All were emphatic about us using him to fix all our fencing. Eric is an upright guy who takes pride in his work. His crue has been with him for years. We got bids from a couple of other companies, and Eric came in at nearly the same $ amount. The difference was the other bids were quoting "Pine" (which is cheaper and doesn't last as long) vs. Eric using Cedar (which lasts longer). His bid also included a Kickboard at the bottom that prevents wood rot at the bottom (required by Timmarron SOUTHLAKE HOMEOWNERS Association HOA). Also, Eric is aware of HOA fence color requirements and was included in bid. Since the weather was favorable, it took two days to both remove old fences, set new metal poles in cement, and build a new fence. One extra challeng... my neighbors yard sits higher than my yard and we had built a concrete wall to improve drainage. The concrete wall was built against the old fence. Eric was able to blend the new fence better than the previous fence. Just an excellent job. Eric is a great guy to work with, and his crew are professional and polite. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GET A BID FROM ERIC ELLIOTT. He keeps busy, just work with him and get it done right. He uses good material and you will love the result.

They don't accept credit cards unless the person can come by and physically swipe your card. They will accept checks and Zelle but not Venmo or PayPal. In addition, I kept waiting for an ETA for when they would stop by. They mentioned that it would be later in the day. They never texted or called and just knocked at the door. I had to scramble to reschedule a work meeting that was supposed to start 20 minutes after they arrived. It seems like they would do good enough work but the hassle of scheduling and payment will have me looking elsewhere when we have future needs.

They showed up on time with a trailer full of material ready to go. You can tell these guys are used to working together because they just go at it until they are done. Their team removed and replaced 67 feet of fence with nice new redwood in one day, which included time for concrete to set on the new steel posts.
