I had a big leak that occurred as a result of a plumbing error from a different company. I had significant water damage and there were a lot of moving parts to this job. My floors had to be demolished and new ones installed, my island was water logged, I had to have painting done throughout my downstairs and high end appliances removed. The job was big and I had no idea where to start. Mike at Floors N More coordinated all the repairs, his crews were phenomenal, everyone went above and beyond, showed up on time and worked hard. I am thrilled with the outcome and service. Mike took a huge burden off my plate and I appreciate it more than words can say. They had to come back and replace it, and they did honor it and the floors look great. They mutilated my baseboards and they look awful. They won't take responsibility. They said in the contract they're not responsible for the baseboards I would've paid extra money if I known that for them to have somebody that knew what they were doing with the baseboards, painting and caulking ripped off crack they look totally awful and I'm gonna have to replace myself across the street Floor And More. They did not. They had the very same builder that I did read your contract and if you're having anything done or they have to take your baseboards off to put the floor in. Beware I would not go with them , if you're not having baseboards, which will need removal they did a good job on the floor also you notice they make comments to some people never reached out to me would not recommend if they assist in repairing we will update this review read more

I used this company for the first time. The product we selected was expensive and excellent, the salesperson was very proactive. If she didn't know an answer she got back to us with the answers. However The installation team, not so good. They were nice people but that was not enough. I would give their installation job a 3 out of 10. Every day I have to live with their inferior job. Nobody has better pricing, selections and such great customer care. This is my 3rd time, last 2 I did renovations, this time it was emergency after flooding and I knew exactly where to go. I had an extremely unsatisfactory customer experience with this company.  The wood floor installation was not performed to specification, the materials used were of inferior quality, the methods the company used were unprofessional, and the company refused to take responsibility for all of its poor quality work product.  For example, among other issues, stain was not applied appropriately, the sub floor was not prepared, the wood floor was not level after it was installed, and several boards obviously contained unsightly tool filings, knot holes filled with epoxy and insect holes.  This job requires a complete teardown and replacement of the wood floor.  After this experience, I would never recommend this company to a friend or family member. read more

I had used them years ago for nail down hardwood and the subcontractors doing the install were highly skilled. They were slow as they were juggling too many jobs but the quality of work was great. Well this time was a disaster. Poor quality subcontractors and then they said they Mis-measured requiring me to spend $1,000. To finish the job. Looks terrible. read more

I've worked with floor n more several times over the last 3 years. I've had a positive experiences every time. My wife and I love our engineered hardwood flooring. We recently removed a wall that exposed raw concrete and we had to find the matching wood floors for a small patch job, and the sales representative was great to work with. He hunted down our original floor a and secured the last few cartons the manufacturer had for us. Will use floor n more again! read more

Should have read this before I shelled out $23,500. I don't recommend them for anything. My house was left with no baseboards in the foyers and around columns. I owe $1100 and their remedy was for me to go buy $100 of wood. read more

Buy tile is good experience DO NOT let them install. Unprofessional and poor workmanship..not supported by management! Working with Marlyn in showroom was pleasant. The installers withheld information about their inability to adequately install narrow tile planks (4x12 in). Therefore tile has uneven grout lines and over 50% lippage....where tiles do NOT meet or make a level floor. Owner offered resolution that would add another $3000-$4000 to "fix" the shoddy workmanship. Very unsatisfied with results and the poor customer support. (Basic attitude of Mike is "buyer beware"! I ordered tile from here for my master bathroom. Marlyn Diaz (office manager) gave us the best price, but that was the only positive part of my experience with Floor N More Southlake. They gladly accepted my payment in full, but when it came time to inquire about the status of my tile, I kept getting the runaround. I left countless messages because they screened my calls and wouldn't answer. How did I know? I tried calling from my husband's phone, and they suddenly answered after ignoring several of my previous calls. After 3 months, I finally had the green light to pick up my tile from the distributor's warehouse all the way in Dallas. The point of my review is, if you don't need your tile for several months, this is a good place to go. Otherwise, if you like good customer service and need your tiles in a short time frame, avoid this place. It is not worth the hassle. read more

The business is unethical. We got renovation at our home .They did not offer us the parent run company promotions. The owner was un-willing to give any quotes in written ony text messages .When we advised him of the promotions, his response was not professional. Later on , he became increasingly hostile and un-responsive His workers at our home told us that this was his pattern of working. Overall, we lost money due to his unethical practice. read more

I will not use this company again. They installed around 1500 sq ft of wood-looking tile. We chose Truffle as the color of the grout which is very dark. Much of our grout ended up white and the owner would not fix it. He gave excuse after excuse but the reality is we have white grout lines around our beautiful dark wood-looking tile. read more

I wrote a good review when I originally had the floors put in. I loved the crew and they did a good job. Not sure why it wasn't posted. Then after the floors where in there were marks that wouldn't come up with cleaning. The crew came in and they couldn't get them up. There were scuff marks and white spots that just would not come up. I was very upset as this was scattered all over and we had almost all our downstairs done. Mike came in and looked, he was baffled also. I was so upset thinking this was going to be a problem. Mike called the manufacture got what I needed and it worked. He would have had the crew come in to clean it, however, you could only see spots when the sun was shining on it. Long story short there was a problem and they worked at fixing it and I am now thrilled with my floors. I would recommend them and will use them again for a tiling project we have. read more

AVOID THIS PLACE at all costs!! Do NOT do business with these folks! What started out to be a reasonable quote (not the highest, but not the lowest either), turned out to be a nightmare experience for us. We had our master bathroom remodeled and we did most of the work. All they had to do was lay down the tile that we selected at the store. Marlene was helpful with the tile selection, but after that, what a disaster! There were gaps between tiles so big that there should have been another tile, if they had measured correctly. There were tiles that were crooked that you didn't even need a square or level to measure with, a third grader could have told you that it was crooked. The shower floor is so wavy that there are puddles that cover my feet when I take a shower. Even after letting it sit overnight, I still need to scoop it into the drain. There were screws into the panliner at floor level where water could possibly leak into, but the owner said that wasn't important. The installers are absolutely horrible and either have no pride in their work or just don't care. They even went into my house unauthorized one time, which I could have reported for unauthorized entry! i have left messages with the owner/staff and no calls have been returned, which is no surprise. We wanted to keep our business local and care for small businesses. I would recommend going with the big boys that have properly trained staff that are held to a higher standard. This is unfair to the other small business owners as we are now cautious of doing business with smaller shops. If I could give a rating of -10, I would click on it 50 times! We are hiring a national outfit to completely redo the shower. read more

Don't use Floor N More Southlake. When replacing carpet with wood, Floor N More chipped adjacent tile and refused to fix it. Also, despite agreeing that moldings would not be removed, they were removed and broken. They also put a hole in wall while removing the moldings. My family and I just finished a major home update with much of that involving flooring. There are very few surfaces of our home that were not involved in this. We looked carefully at 4 flooring providers and due to a great price, friendly service, strong follow up (yes, I know that is a rare thing!), and knowledgeable/honest people we chose Floor N More. Mike and Juan did a great job starting from the beginning with an open dialog and patient approach. My wife and I are picky and are natural researchers. The more we worked with Floor N More - the more comfortable we felt - and the price was great as well. At the end of the day I was very worried about this process because I had never gone through a hardwood install and hadn't done new carpet in years. The process ended up being great - and the look is absolutely amazing. We are truly customers for life and I could not wait to post this! By the way, I told Mike and Juan we would be a reference- we are that serious about our experience with them! You can't go wrong here. read more

Would not recommend. Very poor quality of work. Too many issues during wood floor installation. Lots of damage to walls and cabinets. Doors cut off poorly and dirty hand prints all over everything. I can not recommend them! We had handscraped hardwood floors & tile work done. Their hardwood floor guys are very good, but would not recommend their tile guys. The worst thing about Floor N More is that they offer absolutely no customer service. If you have any problems it is near impossible to get anyone to come back out. Then, if they do return your calls & send someone out (after weeks of constantly bugging them) they will not step & fix anything. We paid a lot of money for brand new finishes & they want to fix things with calk instead of regrouting, etc. read more

DO NOT USE THEM! SAVE YOURSELF! If it was possible to give them 0 stars I would. I was getting my daughter's tub removed and putting in a walk-in shower and they were horrible, when we first started, they were very nice and helped us decide exactly what we wanted, but when the work actually started it was a disaster. The workers didn't show up for a few of the days, so a job that should have been a 3 or 4 days ended up being over 2 WEEKS. They workers were rude, and when we called to talk to their manager they just blew us off and gave us more grief. Those 2 weeks were a disaster. Not all that we wanted was written down in the contract so we kept having to buy more tiles, and the days dragged on because where they would go and get the tiles it would be closed, then they wouldn't show up the next day. But it didn't end there, after the job was done, after a couple of weeks, a couple of tiles started to rust, so when we called the manager, to see what to do, and he called us a liar and wanted to talk to my husband instead because he wouldn't listen to a woman. The rust is still there, because they never called us back. Please if you are reading this, do NOT use them, use someone else. read more

I don't usually write reviews but feel this business deserves the time and attention it takes to deliver this message to anyone looking for quality flooring for their home. We recently remodeled and after looking at flooring options taking into consideration fair pricing, quality workmanship and good customer service, Floor N More won us over. Juan and Mike were not only very helpful at assisting us with our upfront option choices and pricing but were also great at coordinating the scheduling process and following through the detail of the installation. They were very hands on and always a phone call away if communication was needed. We had carpet replaced with tile flooring which could have been complicated due to a previous foundation problem. The crew worked diligently to perfect the leveling of the floor upon installation. I know this because we also had a trim crew come in afterwards to install new baseboards and commented on how well the floor was level which made their job easier. Carpet was also replaced in three bedrooms and was also done well without noticeable damage to the baseboards, which I have experienced with other carpet providers in the past. A stress fracture appeared on a corner tile after the final work was completed which was corrected within days by the original tile crew. The staff at Floor N More work well as a team and their efforts show in the service they provided to our home. We look forward to working with them again on our kitchen and den remodel. read more
