April 15, 2013…read more I had been searching for a used car for the past 5 weeks. After searching the internet long and hard I came across a website named www.autoauctiondealers.com. I search their cars for sale and found two that really caught my eye. First I noticed how clean and the exceptionally low mileage these cars had. I called their phone number and immediately spoke to Chris. We made arrangements to meet that Saturday morning. Chris and Arturo met me at their office. They answered my many questions and even encouraged me to check other dealers for low mileage and clean cars. I went to at least 7 dealers and came back to Auto Auction Dealers to test drive the cars. Within minutes I chose the car for me. This company went above and beyond my expectations. I am pleased to tell everyone how satisfied I am with my new car. Super Great prices and customer service. I encourage anyone looking for a used car to please contact this company. Judith P. Ft. Drove one hour to this Copart auction yard in West Palm Beach and had a rude awakening…read more The office lady was friendly and informative but refused us access to physically view the boat prior to the end of the auction next week. We must be on an account with Copart thru the lien holder on file. So much inventory in the lot, so it was too bad it did not work out today with a tainted experience. I understand it was red tape due to liability concerns.

NOT RECOMMENDED - ZERO STARS if that was an option. Greedy self interested animals with no respect…read morefor cars or car owners. Had a minor cosmetic incident with a piece of rebar in the road. My Car was left undriveable so my Insurer had Copart tow to their lot. It was a Saturday. I was assured a driver would be on site in 15 minutes. Over three (3) hours later my car was retrieved. I contacted the driver because I left my Garage Door Opener in the car. We agreed to meet at the lot. After he kept me waiting three hours, he wouldnt wait five minutes for me to pick up my garage door opener. Following Monday morning - before 9 am - Copart contacted me to sign papers authorizing the destruction of my car. Even though my adjuster had not even looked over the car yet, which only needed a new front bumper, Copart decided it was a total loss. Fortunately, the Insurer had the car moved from Copart to Crash Champions for repairs. Copart only had the car for a couple of days. HOWEVER, when I picked up my car a month later, the greasy little paws of the greedy animals at Copart had (1) taken my license plate, my license plate frame, the hardware, all the change in my center console, my Garage Door Opener, and with the finesse of a retarded monkey, mangled my windshield removing and destroying my (brand new) Sunpass. When Copart was contacted to return my license plate (without the frame or hardware) they took well over an hour, wasting my afternoon and making excuse after excuse for their ineptitude and anticipatory misconduct. My Car was never totaled, but with a few extra minutes I have no doubt it would have been stripped bare. NOT RECOMMENDED.

I have a huge problem with the business practices of this company! I purchased an Audi A4 with…read moresuper low miles from here. I also purchased a 3 year wrap around warranty everything but wearables for a quarter of the price of the car. $100 deductable. First issue few weeks in the head gasket was leaking and doing so on the radiator pump causing it to fry and his car to over heat. That sucks right? But hey we got the warranty for that reason. Take it in to Audi and they check the warranty...... Seals and gaskets are not covered. The warranty that I was sold is not the one I received! The car sat at Audi undrivable for weeks while the issue was corrected. Still costed me $1800 out of pocket after approval from warranty. We needed the car back so didn't think much of it. Total repair was almost 5k. Also received a video from Audi that the tires are dry rotted though new tires where part of the deal. NOW! The AC condenser goes out on the car. 3 months into ownership. This time I call the warranty before taking it in. Lesson learned last time. GUESS WHAT?! NOT COVERED. The dealership only added seals and gaskets to the warranty to cover the last repair only and did not honor the original deal of what I would be covered for. I finally get the contract sent to me FROM the warranty company and it's a basic warranty ONLY ONE YEAR AND DISAPPEARING DEDUCTIBLE! So these people did a bait and switch with the hope that nothing went wrong soon. Absolute insanity!!!!! Why not correct it when you were doing it before to honor the deal. So here I am with a junk warranty that was overpaid for because of a shifty dealership with no AC IN 100° WEATHER. Pass this place for sure. It's a HUGE Red flag.

I purchased a 2012 Audi A4 with 28k original miles from Auction Autohouse and purchased a extended…read moreplus warranty for roughly $2,800 as well. The purchase was made from a different state though Florida is our primary residence. I purchased the vehicle for my Son who had just graduated Officer school for the Military as a gift so he wasn't wrapped into any payments. So wanted to make sure he was taken care of mechanically as well for at least a few years. Initially my interactions with this company was great as I assume everyone's is. Once it came to contract and having the car picked up (paid cash via wire transfer) it became shady, rude, argumentive and dismissive. Being the low miles on the car there was certain toleration for the behavior. There were communication issues after issues. I had the car set to be picked up by a national auto transport company and the dealership demanded the paperwork be signed by wet signature overnighted. Though there was no finance contracts involved. Those were never sent to me. Only to send me documents to be E-signed later the evening the car was supposed to be picked up and had to be cancelled. So I needed to find another transport. Then they spent a day demanding and arguing that I needed to sign POWER OF ATTORNEY over to a driver in order to pick up my vehicle. Meanwhile I've never seen any paperwork on extended warranty the owner/ finance sold me. Nothing on exactly what's covered or effective date ECT. No contract for the warranty has ever been signed by me or been seen at all! Meanwhile I asked for the car to be put into my son's name when deal was made and they put it in mine. Argued with me that the ORIGINAL tires that were still on the vehicle could not be dry rotted and looked good. Which new tires was part of the deal. I received the car with original tires, it was unwashed or cleaned still had the flag in the video they sent laying in the same spot. Though the sales person argued they had placed it right back in the same spot after cleaning lol. And the service engine soon light is on. STILL NO WARRANTY INFO! No information of what company or anything. No proof of where my $2,800 even went besides their pockets. At this point their integrity is extremely questionable. From the beginning I requested this information repeatedly. Now over a dozen calls, text messages to salesman and sales, repeated calls to finance no one will give me answers. Finally yesterday the finance was too busy to speak to me once again and sent a message through whoever answered the phone that I would get my refund from the warranty company. WHAT WARRANTY COMPANY??? They want me to wait for a refund of pretty much 3k from a phantom warranty company that I don't even have a contract with!? Then! Take their word for it!? Their words are empty and useless. My contract is with the dealership NOT the warranty company that may or may not even exist. Absolutely poor business practices, inexperienced, questionable integrity to say the least. Complete SCAMMERS. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! Besides my son being basically happy with the car this experience was disgusting.
