Within 7 minutes of dropping the car off I was contacted by their sales team offering to buy my car, which should have been the first red flag. I was told it might take "a while" and was brought to the loaner car desk. After waiting for about 30 minutes I was told that my insurance was not accepted. I was offered an uber home and back to the shop when ready, or sign up with their rental car company with a deposit and their insurance. Not understanding how long this was going to be I took the uber home. No update was given that day. When I called on Saturday I was told it wouldn't be looked at until Monday! When I expressed how unacceptable that was, I was told, "I said it might be a while". I was not provided with a single update until Monday when "someone should reach out shortly". Never happened. On Tuesday I got my quote for the repairs 5 days after I dropped it off. $10,000! I called them to ensure all services were denied, and they tried to have me sell them my car as a down payment towards a new one. Avoid at all costs.

After providing all the documentation I requested, I flew to Miami to look at the car in person. I was met by Mauricio and Curated's owner John who spent a few hours with me going over the car, letting me test drive it and talking about a range of other topics. John is a car guy through and through, as is Mauricio. They only sell the finest examples John can find and it shows. The dealership is very nice, modern and clean. Their inventory changes often and they also can service the cars they sell. If you're in the market for a specialty car or an exotic, give Curated a chance. If they don't have it, I'm sure John can try to find what you're looking for. I would definitely buy another car from Curated again. The experience was top notch from start to finish.
