They listened to my concerns, valued our family's long-standing service history, and resolved the issue by replacing the sensor at no cost. This kind of integrity is rare. They didn't just fix a car; they took the stress off my aunt and proved that they value their customers' loyalty over a quick profit. During my vehicle purchase, the sales representative, Nelson Pineda Rodriguez, in direct collusion with a third-party entity called Legend Services, ran an insurance scam under my name. ​I was illegally charged an unauthorized fee of $350.00 USD under the false pretense of a "down payment" for an auto insurance quote. Here are the facts: ​Document Forgery: They generated an insurance quote and stamped a signature in my name without my authorization, knowledge, or legal consent. This is blatant identity theft and forgery. ​Stolen Funds: My actual auto insurance provider later confirmed that they never received a single penny of this $350.00 payment. The money collected at Toyota of North Miami was completely pocketed and unaccounted for, forcing me to pay my full premium separately to my real insurer. ​Unlicensed Activity: To make matters worse, I discovered that the individual operating on behalf of Legend Services at the dealership does not even hold a valid, active insurance agent license in the State of Florida. ​Operating an insurance brokerage without a license, forging customer signatures, and taking money under false pretenses are serious criminal offenses. A formal Demand Letter has already been sent to management, and complaints are being filed directly with the Florida Department of Financial Services (DFS), the Office of the Florida Attorney General, and local law enforcement. ​Do not trust this dealership. Check every single line of your contract and financial breakdowns before signing anything. Nelson Pineda Rodriguez and the management involved need to be held accountable for these predatory and fraudulent actions.

I purchased the car but had to fly out and they held it for me for two weeks, then they delivered it to my house. The car is pre-owned in TOP TIER condition. It had extra parts, all the paper work, I feel like a got the most amazing car for half of the price of a brand new JCW, but it feels new in every aspect. Will recommend this dealership for sure.

No one told me no rental was coming, that they were checking the car but I took it as a positive that I would get my car back, and I wait... 3 HOUR LATER, literally, i walk in to the dealer again like hey whats up with my car?? Since 10:30 am checking on a nail and its 1:30pm, and they tell me to wait still. AT 2:30PM I get another notification from their app but with no visible new info, I get up and ask whats going on, they tell me no news, just a new video, which theres no new video in the app, in here I start questioning if this guy knows what he's talking about.... ANOTHER hour goes by, by now 3:30, i've been at the dealership 5 HOURS so I walk to the guy again, and when he sees me come in he jumps up with a "OH LOOK! your car is ready now", they changed the tire (for $350!) 20 more minutes to bring the car out, and the guy tells me oh sorry. I washed it but with the rain it got wet again, car front full of bugs and interior still dirty) which ok fine, don't wash it, but why lie.... So in summary, this guy called Mateo is getting trained by this prick that gives zero s about his clients. The trainee is lost, not checking calls or messages, the trainer is in la la land just walking around for coffee and avoiding us in the waiting room after seeing us for 5 hours waiting on a nail... Really I have gotten better services at Toyota.

Nevertheless I was still completely surprised and happy. A couple of days later he sends me a link that he had received from Evolution Leasing. They had taken photos of my gift being delivered. From the car on the flatbed, placing of the red bow on the hood, their representative holding my 6 month old (lol), my 7 year old "driving" the new car, several of my husband and our 2 boys standing with the car etc...they uploaded all our pics into a Dropbox account and sent them to us! A week or so after we get a coffee mug with a picture of my husband and two boys printed on it and a couple days after that a magnetic calendar with some more pics!! I can't say anything about the financing or in and outs of the actual car "buying" portion of the deal as I wasn't aware he was getting me a car, but he seemed very much at ease with his purchase. I'm extremely impressed by their customer service. Our experience has been above any expectations we have ever had for a dealership. Can't recommend them enough!!

Instead, I was given a completely different third-party key, and I was told I would receive information later to obtain the proper FOB. That never happened. Honda quoted me around $275 plus tax just to cut and program a replacement key/fob for the vehicle. Every time I followed up with the dealership, I was given the runaround and told the car was sold "as is." Second, the pricing and financing process felt extremely misleading. I was initially told my payments would be around $367 monthly, but after fees and paperwork, the payment ended up being about $400. Important details were not properly explained before I signed. I also noticed the contract listed the vehicle at around 43,000 miles, but by the time I drove it off the lot it was already showing around 46,000 miles. What became even worse was the financing situation afterward. The dealership apparently could not secure financing through a bank, yet they continued having me make monthly payments directly to them instead. My checks were being deposited into the dealership's account rather than through an actual lender. During this process, my credit was negatively affected. The experience became so stressful and unprofessional that I ultimately had to hire a lawyer to resolve the issue. After legal involvement, the dealership was forced to take the vehicle back and issue me a full refund. It was an exhausting and horrible experience overall. While the staff may come across as friendly during the sales process, I personally felt misled and poorly handled throughout the entire ordeal. I strongly recommend that anyone considering buying a vehicle here carefully steer clear. Don't waste your time or your money.

There was no transparency, no effort to explain costs clearly, and no concern for making sure I understood what I was signing. Looking back, the price, fees, and structure of the deal were extremely unfavorable and misleading. I regret trusting this dealership and would strongly warn first-time buyers and young customers to be very careful, ask for everything in writing, and consider going elsewhere.
