Nobody at the counter and she said I'm busy. Then this guy with a red face says you look like a pig farmer. Then the cashier that was to busy to check me out steps out from the counter and says I need to look at this. The people that i encountered today are self absorbed and out of touch. Yes I'm from Arkansas and I talk with a draw. I bought the tee shirt and told red face my daddy was a hog farmer. But I didn't tell him I am retired Mechanical Engineer. So Fk you red face.

The next day I had to call and request status only to find out the tech assigned was out. They called back an hour later saying it was ready to pick up. Today we went and picked it up. The battery was not replaced. The service manager had an opportunity to make it right before we even walked out the door and chose not to do anything. When we got home we discovered the air filter was not replaced either- $269 later. Im even questioning if they replaced the oil. We will no longer be doing business with them and don't recommend them. Shady and not trustworthy.
