Turns out we had a screw in the tire. While waiting, we watched the team help others. Seth and Jordan were knowledgeable, professional and kind with every customer. The place ran like a well-oiled machine. Lol. Hagen removed and patched our tire for us. And when we pulled our credit card out, he said, "No charge". We tipped and told him to buy the boys a beer. It didn't involve buying new tires because diagnosis of the problem with under inflation was unknown - it could've been a defective tire or tire with a nail in it. Also, the readings for tire gauge with it were different from the tire, pressure management system, signaling that perhaps one or the other might be faulty. I had these folks look into it. they figured out tge solutions in about 15 minutes. Can't say enough good things about this place or the staff and management. Discount tire doesn't usually charge customers for air checks and top offs. But if they help you out as they did me I suggest you leave this guys who did the work a cash tip. Discount tire will get my next tire business.

So I had to first find all the parts for my Vehicle and get them ordered, this took a little bit of time. So got it all put together. Fired up the beast. Seemed to be good. Then battery not charging shows up on the dumby panel. New (remanned) alternator doesn't charge. Took it back and wouldn't ya know it. I don't even have a phone number there anymore. So my lack of receipt is now the issue motal Of the story. Have them check the alternator before you leave the store. Because even though the manager knew it was sold from him, he couldn't do anything since I was no longer in the system under my phone number and it also showed I hadnt been there since 2013. So I bought someone else's old alterator. NICE!!!! A buddy rode back to Sundance to pick up a tractor battery from an auto parts store. Riding down Cleveland ST, he saw a sign for Woody's HD repair! They had a battery in stock, and he brought it to me and I was on my way. Unfortunately, 20 miles down the road, the battery and engine light came back on, and I knew I had an electrical issue and immediately pulled over. I knew I could not ride the 30 miles back to the shop, so I used the receipt and called Woody's. They sent a trailer and picked me up. Woody's was jammed as this was Sturgis Bike Week. They had correctly identified a burned out stator and had (1) in stock. 2 hours later, I was back on the road and the rest of my trip was without further mechanical issues. Erica, the shop manager and wife of the owner, was the nicest, most understanding person I have ever met. She was very reassuring that my bike was in good hands and would be fixed. The prices were very fair, and Justin, the owner and tech, was very capable. This is an OASIS in the middle of nowhere (as far as a broke down bike is concerned), and all of us felt lucky to be is such good hands. Another surprise was that Deluxe HD was also located across the street (new shop), but I much prefer Independent repair shops.
