A year ago, they had very pretty $25 to $35 bouquets displayed on a shelf outside, and if you bought one, they would inspect the flowers before wrapping it up and swap out any that looked tired. Their premade bouquets now are priced at between $35 and $45, and are noticeably less artful than the ones from a year ago. This week I went in and asked them to make a $60 bouquet for my partner's birthday (for me to take with me, not for delivery). The bouquet came out modest-looking, considering the price point, and one day later, two of the three Gerbera daisies, and one of the three roses they had included were completely withered, demonstrating that these were old and not fresh flowers. Very overpriced for the quality. Disappointed to no longer have a reliable flower shop in the neighborhood. I will post a picture of the $60 bouquet about 18 hours after purchase. They delivered everything on time and the flowers were great but they had taken back two very large arrangements for our ceremony on a penthouse terrace to also be used for our after party. We had arranged for the pedestals the arrangements to be taken but not the flowers (after all we did purchase them). When we returned with our guests after dinner to the penthouse, the flowers were all gone. It even says on our invoice "pedestal rental." If they have been in the wedding industry that long and do this day in and day out, something is fishy about taking back flowers when it clearly says on the invoice that only the pedestals are rentals I tried calling but no one picked up (a Saturday night of course). They apologized on Monday, did not refund the money and sent a small bouquet to make up for it but it was too late. My guess is that they reused our flowers for another wedding on Sunday. The moment was gone and we will never recommend this company. There are better places out there, it is just not this one.

Both of us knew very little about flowers, so she helped advise us on which flowers would be in season and would work with our palette. She also helped us stay within our budget and still maximize the wow effect. I worked with her on the side to add a surprise "something blue" Texas Bluebonnet to my bouquet for the groom (his state flower). We were even able to adjust the boutonnieres a few days prior to ensure everything was perfect. Plus, she added flowers and decorating the cake at no additional cost! Additionally, her knowledge of the venue (3 West Club) allowed her to provide tailored recommendations for the floral arrangements, as she knew generally the set up, lighting, and colors.
