It seems Slim Body Fitness owners, Tommy, Calvin, Paloma, and even other members like to humiliate and abuse certain female members for absolutely no reason other than to be cruel. Do they not think that the individual who has paid hard-earned money and been a loyal member deserves underhanded insults and degredation? Well, apparently they enjoy making enemies of the wrong person. Every dog has her day, as they'll soon find out when they see the public posts about themselves. Those posts should be publicly and widely available by tomorrow. Moral of this story: When you run a business, be nice to customers and clients who had been nothing but nice and even loyal to you. It's never a good idea to think you can get away with being mean to people for no reason. Okay, well have a nice weekend everyone!

I've truly never had anyone as passionate and caring as Jeremy. Not only does he come up with a regimen that works for your body, he genuinely cares about your success and pushes you to be the best version of yourself. I've lost over 80+ pounds while under his regimen and feel more confident with my body than I ever have. I started with the goal of just being able to not constantly be in pain. I didn't want to go down the medical way (no hate on oz) just because I wanted to be able to build up the strength I needed and knowledge to continue outside of his trainings. You get to choose which machines you would like to use and people beforehand wipe down at the end of class. Seeing the cables and such had me very curious on how it goes! You have to listen well during her instructions to know how to work the machines but after her quick tutorial we got right into it! I'm thankful for my friends helping me because I was clueless sometimes. PS Make sure you have grippy socks! I started at Crunch feeling really optimistic. I began working with a trainer and was upfront from…read morethe start about pre-existing injuries that might limit how much I could train. After completing one month of sessions, I discovered I had apparently signed a 3-month training contract -- something that was not clearly communicated to me before I signed. Shortly after, my injuries worsened to the point where I could no longer work out at the gym at all. I called and spoke with someone identified as the manager of the training department, who told me I would be held responsible for the remainder of the training sessions regardless of my circumstances. I offered to provide doctor's notes and medical records confirming I was medically unable to train, but it didn't matter -- I was told there was no way out of the contract. I'd simply have to keep paying and use the sessions "at some undetermined point in the future." I asked to speak with a general manager and was told I'd have to email instead. I sent a detailed email explaining that I needed to cancel my membership (which I was told I couldn't do because of the outstanding training balance) and requesting release from the training contract due to medical necessity. I never got a response. To date, I've emailed three separate times with zero response. The front desk staff have been no help either. I've now had to take steps to protect my finances from auto-debit charges since no one at this location will engage with me. Overall, a very disappointing experience -- not because of the workouts themselves, but because of how poorly management has handled a legitimate medical situation.
