The facility when it comes to martial arts, boxing and fitness is truly outstanding. When we are in this gym, we feel like we are a professional boxers. The instructors are hall of fame martial arts experts but you will not feel intimidated at all. There are programs for people of all ages. It is a place where you will be motivated to work out but at the same time it feels like home. I highly recommend this gym.

When it started, he personally instructed his students to roll with us, which was really cool. Usually, we have to find partners for ourselves, which can be a bit awkward. Everyone was really nice. Everyone taught us something new. There were a lot of high belts. Never seen so many brown and black belts for an open mat. They were the majority. Usually, you will be lucky to find a few. The facility looks like it was renovated recently and looked very clean and nice. The bathrooms were nice with showers and lockers. They had a water filling station, which was especially awesome. Best of all, we met someone from a previous open mat that goes here. Small world! Definitely recommend if you are in the area and looking for a solid place to train.

Never ending source of knowledge and wisdom from his extensive fighting experience in the ring and his dedication through several martial arts. He can take you from zero or fine tune what you want to work on. He helped me specifically with my weakness which were low and mid kicking strikes. He spotted what I was doing wrong right away. He tore apart my form and started me from the beginning. After a few tweaks, I was on my way. He explained in detail why it was wrong in his view and gave countless situations he countered in the ring to show and drilled me until I got it right. I value his character, knowledge, wisdom, and training greatly and would recommend anyone who is interested in the arts. I found this place on yelp and was excited to read all the good reviews. Therefore I was looking…read moreforward to coming into the gym to have a tour and get some details and whatnot!! Except there happened to be an idiot answering thier phones today.I called to see if an appointment was necessary. Unfortunately some guy answers the phone plainly "Hello". I asked if this was the gym, he rudely says "yeah what do you want". Really?! I decided to hang up. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and show up, maybe they had an idiot answering their phone that day. Nope!!! I'm guessing he's the owner and trainer!! I show up with another adult and two teens who were ready to sign up for boxing classes. We step inside and the gym is empty, zero patrons and the guy says "Yeah what do you want". I told him that we were there to see the gym and talk about pricing and signing up. He just points to the empty gym and says "that's the gym", what else do you want. WTF?! Is this really happening. Still, I remained calm and asked to walk around, he says "yeah but don't touch anything!" very rudely. At that point I walk around and see that he has all the right basic equipment. However because of his shitty attitude, we decided to walk right out. No way am I paying $260 a month for two teens and $600 for 10 sessions with an asshole! If we were training and everything..... SURE talk shit to me and get me pissed off....but no way am I giving a complete douche bag my money. This is not how you do business, get business or deal with potential clients who pay you money!! I'd rather take shitty boxing classes at the gym than to give this turd any money!

I drive my son here from the opposite end of the valley twice a week because they are worth every mile and minute. I am in awe every time I watch them teach these kids- whether it be a class of 2 or 20- with ease and unwavering patience. They are not here to take your money to turn your kid into Hwoarang. They are here to improve the whole child (and the whole community) by teaching and modeling respect, self vs group awareness, initiative to support others, and inner strength. They have met my kid in all his moods and learning challenges without judgement. And I've noticed it's not just with my kid. They treat every single kid there in the same way- not robotically, but with an abundance of compassion and an understanding of how much they can push a personality to strengthen without discouraging. I'm not being dramatic when I say- this place, these masters, they're the secret to humanity.

They teach the kids well and they also REALLY REALLY CARE about the kids. I also love how they instill the values of discipline and respect in the kids. My daughter has been attending for about 4 years and she loves it there.
