The Chevy dealership recommended them bc they didnt work on foreign diesel cars. So this shop took us right in and started investigating how to fix my problem quickly. They located a part for me which was a problem all in itself, got it ordered and installed. They offered me a loaner car so I wasn't stuck at the shop all day and gave me a recommendation of where we could go to relax for a while. Just great service! Only one down side was that in the rush to get a stranded mom out of there (I begged to get this done asap) something happened to my oil level sensor. They had thought that it was possibly wet and it would stop giving me a problem but unfortunately while I was at my final destination it just completely stopped reading my levels. They had told me that I had an oil leak so that caused a concern for me to drive the vehicle bk home with no sensor to read the oil. They offered for me to stop on the way back but I would have been passing through after they closed on a Sat. So I had to have it fixed at a location where I was. Armando's hourly rate was quite high but I really didn't have much of a choice and I was assured I was in good hands so that made it sting a bit less. But when I had to get that sensor fixed because the clip got messed up during the alternator fix it was definitely frustrating. I do wish they would have looked at it better before I left but they had done so much for me already and it was past closing time he said. All in all I would go to them again. They were extremely kind, knowledgeable and empathetic. I'm sure if I wasn't stranded and they had more time I wouldn't have had a problem with the oil sensor. Just sucked having to pay to get that fixed also. I'm sure you will be happy with their service if you needed.

DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP--DECEPTIVE SALES & ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY…read more I would give zero stars if I could. My mother is a 68 year old retired RN who purchased a van from Haus Auto Group with the intention of traveling across the country, visiting national parks. Instead, she has spent months dealing with a nightmare--costly repairs, misleading information, and complete disregard from the dealership. The van was misrepresented from the start. It was advertised as a Flex Fuel Chevy Express, which she paid a premium through the dealership's vendor to have delivered to her in Texas. Upon delivery, she discovered it was actually a VIA Motors VTRUX hybrid--a vehicle that very few mechanics can service due to software restrictions that a quick Google search will confirm was a complete failure for GM. The hybrid battery failed 3 days after she accepted delivery of this vehicle, and despite taking it to multiple shops, no one has been able to fix it. Additionally, the van has significant rust issues that were not disclosed at the time of sale. They haven't even honored their own guarantee and reimbursed her for what she spent in repairs the first month she owned it. My mother repeatedly reached out to Chris Haus, asking for assistance or a buyback, as she unknowingly purchased a vehicle that is essentially undrivable, and the vehicle delivered is not the vehicle she purchased. Communication has been slow, dismissive, and filled with empty promises. Every time she pushed for a resolution, she's been met with excuses or silence. Meanwhile, she's still making payments on a van that she cannot use. This dealership sold her a branded title vehicle without proper disclosure, failed to ensure it was in working condition, and has done nothing to make this right. She spent her life savings on what was supposed to be her dream vehicle, only to be stuck with an expensive, useless burden. If you value honesty, integrity, and accountability, DO NOT BUY FROM HAUS AUTO GROUP. I strongly urge anyone considering a purchase here to take their business elsewhere.

He wants me to kick it on down the line to CarMax lying to them to get an appraisal and throwing $4000 on top of that not caring about the moral issue that the Van dies after 30-45 min. and proven by 5+ mechanics it won't run. They had a 90 day warranty and I haven't received a penny for what I have paid.

Back in 2017, I purchased one of their 960-DLX blast cabinets, including an upgrade to their commercial 180-DC dust collector, and a number of other smaller accessories. This was quite an investment, thousands of dollars, but the ordering process could not have been smoother. Despite having the blast cabinet arrived damaged (due entirely to the negligence of the freight company, 'Roadrunner Transportation', who drove a forklift into the crate), TP Tools went above and beyond to make it right. Not only did they arrange for a speedy replacement, but they also ensured that said replacement was not shipped with the same company (they work with several freight lines). The second cabinet arrived quickly and was flawless (see pics) and since then we have been absolutely thrilled with the unit. The blast cabinet functions flawlessly, especially when paired with the upgraded dust collector I mentioned. It does exactly what it claims to do, and works many times better than the bargain basement equipment we had been using before. Fit and finish on every inch of these things is top notch, with the level of build quality that puts cheap Chinese imports to shame. Once you've owned and operated one, you immediately come to understand the distinction, and that Made in USA is worth the premium over the import garbage that everyone else is peddling. Last but not least, I specifically want to call out my appreciation for Jim at TP Tools, who has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and is a true asset to the company. I am first to admit that I am not always an easy customer to deal with, especially when a very expensive product arrives damaged, but Jim always maintained an even keel and a solution focused attitude in every interaction I had with him. His level of professionalism, and ability to resolve the situation so deftly, is the reason I continue to do business with TP tools and why I just made another big purchase in the last few days. I will happily use this company in the future and highly recommend not just their fantastic products but also their outstanding customer service.
