From the start, it felt like her goal was to serve the insurance company's interests -- not to understand the full picture or provide fair, medically sound evaluation. She barely engaged with what was actually happening in front of her. Instead, she leaned heavily on selective records -- some of which were noted to be inaccurate -- and dismissed real, ongoing symptoms that had been documented by multiple trusted physicians, including specialists from the nation's #1 brain trauma recordist center. How can someone be trusted to assess a patient when their scope of vision seems firmly planted in whatever narrative benefits the insurance company? That's not medicine -- that's strategy disguised as care. If you're sent to her, go in with your eyes open. Bring a witness. Record if you're allowed. Take notes. Because in my experience, this wasn't about help, healing, or truth. It was about limiting liability -- and she did her part.

I finally am getting help from a pain doctor and have the correct diagnosis. I get the sense she gets some kind of monetary gain from always suggesting Botox (lots of quick money for the fast procedure). She races you through your 15 min appt. When I was in a severe headache state for months she suggested I take Aleve. I don't get why she wouldn't help me. I really don't.

He probably went through ER fairly fast as he had a severe breathing issue. He saw plenty of different doctors because he had several issues, the 5th floor nurses were great and helpful to answer our questions. Only issue was communication with the food service - since Dad was on a special diet they sent him wrong stuff a few times. After almost 2 weeks, he recovered enough and got into the rehab wing where he has a big private room and 3 different therapists to keep him busy.

My wife's room had breakfast, lunch and dinner tray let on counter in room. Had a garbage can next to her head at the side of her bed. We had to ask for her meds versus the nurse coming in when the meds we're to be given. I had to empty the porta potty because they were not. I was worried about my wife eating so I bring lunch for her and when the nurse seen it she cancelled my wife's dinner. What the hell is that about?! The black nurse with an accent was by far the rudest. Write down nurse's name but left on bet table. However, the doctors were great. Thank you , doctors. In the future I will go to hospital in new Lenox.

I got it all done, and saw him for a follow up appointment. I waited 3 weeks for my appointment only for it to last 4 minutes. Between the first appointment and the last appointment, I received a new insurance. I went from BCBS to Medicaid. Before I saw the doctor for the second appointment, I had asked the receptionist if she could verify my insurance and she said "we don't do that." I said, "okay." Which I know she was lying or just didn't know how to do because I've worked as a receptionist and I've been able to do that. It does depend on the type of office. Spoke to the doctor over the phone for 4 minutes. None of my questions were answered and we didn't get to discuss any of the imaging or nerve test. I waited all week for the doctors office to call me to schedule the follow up appointment like they had in the past and no one called. I finally called today, and I rescheduled. I let the receptionist know that I was unhappy with the 4 minute appointment. Not once was I rude or condescending. She didn't care. But she thought I was attacking her because she said "instead of coming at me with this, you should inform the doctor." I was explaining my frustrations about the terrible 4 minute experience I had. I said to her, "I will let him know but you can also relay this to him." I hung up on her and she called me back only to tell me that I wasn't eligible for Medicaid. That this next visit and the last (the 4 mins) were to be self pay. Somehow magically, they were able to look up eligibility this time but not last time when I asked. This is a terrible terrible office. They're unprofessional and not people friendly at all. Don't come to this office.
