I would strongly advise anyone who reads this post to stay away from this man and his practice. His…read morenegligence and unprofessional behavior almost cost my mom her life. This happened about 3 weeks ago. My mom (74) went in for a routine colonoscopy. During the procedure, some polyps needed to be removed. When she got home she noticed that there was significant bleeding. She called his office and they told her "bleeding is normal". When the bleeding worsened, the office was not able to be reached. The bleeding was bad that she had to call an ambulance and go to the emergency room. It was discovered that during her routine colonoscopy, he somehow managed to clip an artery which caused internal bleeding so severe she needed a blood transfusion of 2 units and emergency surgery. She ended up spending 2 days in the ICU. There was no follow up call for over a week from him or his office. They eventually called to tell her the biopsy results. If you value your health and safety, I advise you stay away from this man and his practice and tell others to do the same. He's careless, irresponsible, and dangerous.

At this time Sue an EMG Tech took me to the room where she explained the procedure to me in a calm, compassionate, and clear manner. Sue responded to me in such a sweet and truly caring manner as to make me feel very much relaxed as she performed the 1st part of the test. I went to Silver Cross urgent care with chest discomfort and shortness of breath and they advised…read moreme to go to the emergency room at Silver Cross Hospital. After blood testing and imaging showed nothing heart related , the doctor thought I should stay overnight for a stress test. They put me in an observation room on the first floor near the ER. The first thing I noticed was a toilet right out in the open. Not even a curtain around the toilet. No bathroom, no sink with mirror, no shower. Basically just the exposed toilet, a bed, a trash can and a utility sink with a used cup and straw sitting there. There also was a large window, about 4' x 4' with no blinds or covering. If anyone walked past outside that window they could see everything in the room. When I went for a CT I was left in a cold hallway with several other people for about 30 minutes before I got the test. When I got back to the room I told the nurse there was no way I could stay in a room that offered no privacy and stripped me of my dignity. He told me that I didn't have a choice. I told him that I wasn't staying and to remove the IV port from my arm and get me the paperwork to sign myself out. Horrible experience. I've been to their emergency room twice and both times have left me feeling traumatized. You couldn't pay me to go back there.

I went in for an appointment. They told me I did not have an appointment that day even though I had a card stating I had an appointment that day. I understand there will not be a physician in the office only a physician assistant. I'm not comfortable with not having an physician in the office.

When I called their office, I was told the piece of tooth left in my gums would "probably" work its way out. I decided to go to another oral surgeon who told me he had actually left a whole root in my gums and it had to be taken out because it would eventually get infected. He couldn't believe the first surgeon either didn't check or know he had done that. I would NEVER recommend going to this place. Obviously they are horrible at their jobs and don't care.
