So, as a medical professional, I recognize Dr Oh's really caring treatment. He's even returned calls while he was out of the country on vacation! He's cares for everyone equally, and he manages complex spine issues. These injuries don't always just "heal up" and go away. Some stay forever and living day-to-day without his management would be much more limited. Your world shrinks with chronic pain. Even with the pain, a walker and medication, I can't walk through the grocery store, down the street where I live or even to the park next door! This has been going on for 16 years and I trust Dr Oh completely. He's the only doctor who really knows me, knows that I don't -and never would- abuse my medication. Without it, I'd be in bed 24/7. That's not living, to me. It's existing. I had a bad femur fracture in '22 which split the femur down the middle from the knee almost to the hip. I was "no weight bearing" for 2 months in a skilled nursing facility with two demented, incontinent roommates. After I could do PT with weight bearing, I worked as hard as I could to get strong and to gth out of there. It's not living, just existence. It took more months of PT/rehab, and even my doctors there continued Dr. Oh's regimen. They said that they knew that I was still in pain but I didn't want to come out of that facility as an addict. My doctors there said "stick with him. He clearly cares well for you." So, to the people who had a less-than-optimal experience, I feel sad. Nobody should feel bad about their Dr. The plans have to work for YOU, and Dr Oh will treat you with respect. If you are looking for a "pill mill" to get high, don't bother. He can see that in a heartbeat and can help you to get sober, but he won't just feed your addiction. It must be hard to have to buy meds on the street or from folks you can't trust. All of my other doctors (orthopedic, rheumatologist, primary care, etc) have been kept in the loop when changes have been made. That's real care, compassion and professionalism.

At one point I was hospitalized I had to b…read moreso vigilant a nurse came in to change my central line tubing dropped the unpackaged new tubing on the floor and was going to use it on me. My electrolytes were so mismanaged I ended up in ICU. A social worker tried to bribe me to have a counselor visit me I said it wasn't necessary she sent her in anyway. Discharge transition was horrible one problem after another. My last visit with my Gynoc in the office was the most painful pelvic I've ever had apparently he knew I wasn't going to stay at his practice or cancer facility.

Dr. Murray's office is located on the seventh floor of the Polyclinic in Seattle. Right off of the I-5 James street exit. Convenient parking garages located right onsite. Blood labs for testing are on the second floor. Pharmacy and restaurant are in the lobby for additional convenience. Everything about the building is turnkey. Over the last eight years, I have always received competent and compassionate care. Dr. Murray's office is most often times running on time with little wait time. The office staff have always been nothing less than helpful and professional. I almost always come in with a laundry list of questions and my concerns are addressed and answered with a knowledgeable patience. Dr. Murray truly listens and has a friendly, professional bedside manner. He is well versed and highly educated in the Endocrinology field and is on the cutting edge of implementing new techniques many other Endos write off as "nothings wrong". This is Dr. Murray's greatest gift: practicing medicine with commonsensical intuition. I feel that I am in excellent care and trust Dr. Murray 100% with my healthcare decisions.
