The pricing is also very competitive (you get what you pay for) but nothing is perfect. Where this company drops the ball is with the below average customer service. I was told prior to the project that credit card was accepted then on the day of project that was not an option until i reminded her about our previous conversation. She also said payment would need to be in person, which also was not previously mentioned. She lied about her payment system "Clover" not having the ability to be able to manually input credit card numbers. This was not accurate. During the conversation discussing payment she began raising her voice saying i'm the owner randomly at multiple times. Lastly when i mentioned about possibly not being a returning customer she stated that is was fine, implying that there was no value for this business owner to have a repeat customer. So i recommend this business to others if you are looking for competitive pricing and project to be completed on previously agreed date but don't expect an average customer service experience. There are way too many other businesses out there that can cover all 3 bases, with more than one hundred 5 star reviews. I like to feel valued as a customer and this experience was the complete opposite.

At first I used the Yelp messaging to initiate contact with Reynaldo, the owner, but soon switched to text messaging. He was very quick to respond to my inquiries, needs and pricing after I sent (upon his request) photographs of the nine trees that needed attention. We agreed upon a very reasonable price, then set up a date and time for him and his crew to perform the work. My wife was home so she met the two gentleman that work with Reynaldo. They arrived at the designated timeframe and were very cordial and polite according to my wife. They quickly went to our backyard to prep for their trimming. Reynaldo arrived shortly afterwards but before I arrived home from work. Upon arrival I met him and his crew. All three were really cool and answered all of my questions regarding the types of services they do besides tree care and what they do not do. That was really great news for me since I have several more landscaping projects I can request Reynaldo and his crew to help me out with. And worst of all... the grass sod he installed did not take in numerous areas (see pics). Freddy repeatedly claimed he would come back to fix the browned and dead sod, but he never did. Text message after text message of unkept promises. He made sure he collected all the money we originally agreed to in the service contract though. Overall, Freddy proved to be an untrustworthy person who did not live up to his word. We ended up disappointed with his lack of professionalism in following through with his appointments, and we were very disappointed with his decision to abandon the project before it was finished properly.

We had several sprinkler heads that were broken and the console in garage was no longer activating…read morethe sprinklers. Ray's Tree Service came out to assess the damage and provide quote. They started going to work straight away to fix the console first so that they could determine which sprinkler heads needed to be fixed. They cut and reattached the wires outside which were in bad shape before . Once console was fixed they systematically went through each zone to see which heads were broken. Ray provided the quote at a very reasonable price. I agreed to move forward and they were able to start working immediately to fix everything. They even went above and beyond to address my concerns about the sprinklers not having full coverage by adjusting the spray distance and arc on the heads for better performance. Ray suggested we replace one working sprinkler head because it was an inefficient style that used more water than necessary. We agreed on price and the result is much better. Overall Ray and his brother worked for about 2 hours from start to finish. Very happy with the service. Straight to the point and didn't try to upsell us on anything nor try to say we need an all new system. I even asked for quotes on tree trimming and Ray was honest and said for our particular fruit tree we didn't need to trim it, if we wanted to we could but that it would just be for aesthetics. We'll definitely hire again, as I do want to trim away some dead branches on another one of our trees.
