I searched and was quoted by with 3 other electricians in the IE and Marquez Pro Electric was the most communicative . I let them know that I had a dining room light that didn't have a switch and needed to install one. They provided a quick quote and scheduling was easy. I was most surprised that they were able to come so soon and so close to thanksgiving! When they arrived, Alex was already wearing a mask. He didn't ask us if he should put it on. He already had it ready. We've experienced a couple of tradesmen not have them, or have to run back to their car to get them after they saw us in them so I appreciated this the most. He wore booties the entire time which meant a lot to us since we ask people to take their shoes off in our house. He let us know when he would be in and out of the house- again excellent customer service since we have a cat that gets a little adventurous sometimes. Since the switch we were adding was going to connected to another switch he upgraded both switch plates. After the job was done he cleaned up after himself, Lysol wiped, spot cleaned and he even helped me screw in the orbs on my light fixture! Such great service. The GFI outlet near our pool equipment wouldn't stay engaged, it kept tripping even without anything plugged into it. I hired Marquez pro electric company not too long ago, to fix/check my breakers. He rewired some of the breakers put new ones in and checked all my outlets. He was supposed to come back and finish the job and re-organize my breakers when SoCal Edison was done opening and check into making sure everything was good on their end. After doing such a great job on our garage EV plug, I called out Alexander again, from Marquez Pro Electric, to hang a chandelier in our stairwell. Alexander was on time, had all the proper tools and equipment needed and was very considerate of our home (wore booties over his shoes, was very slow and methodical maneuvering a large ladder up our stairwell, since it was raining he took the time to dry his ladder before bringing it in the house, etc).
