We had to replace a few circuits that were fried and decided to do a full breaker box maintenance (to prevent this from happening again) because it probably hadn't been serviced...ever...in 25 years. Nick went far over and above expectations. He threw in upgrading a garage outlet while he was here and put in a whole house surge protector at a very discounted rate since we went with the full breaker box maintenance package. Our breaker box now looks and works like it is brand new. His work comes with a two year warranty! Nick was extremely personable and honest. I added him to my contacts because we will be contacting him with any future electrical issues. He even took the time to greet my children and was very warm and friendly with them. Daniel was able to determine that a faulty line/wire was causing the power issues in the bedrooms. After checking the attic, he also discovered some problematic wiring and conditions involving the subpanel. He recommended running new wiring and replacing a damaged breaker in the attic panel, which would not only fix the problem but provide a much safer setup and help prevent potential hazards like an electrical fire. The price was fair, and the work took about two hours, just as he estimated. He worked diligently the entire time without taking a break. I honestly felt bad for him being up in our attic because it had to be easily 120° up there! I offered him water throughout the job, which he graciously accepted. Before leaving, Daniel also gave me an estimate to upgrade our existing breaker box. That price seemed very reasonable as well, especially compared to estimates I've received from other companies in the past. Overall, great experience. Look into other companies and their service reviews since you will most likely have to contact them multiple times with questions about the system/billing. They were very prompt and quick with reaching out and getting back to us when they were trying to sell us solar. However, now that we have been customers for years and our sales rep left, it takes multiple calls to even get through to customer service and then multiple follow up calls after since they have to email other departments to get an answer and do not call back. It seems like they are short staffed and for a big company like this should invest in more staff for customer service. That way they can provide the same experience we received in the beginning. It's been almost a month after I initially contacted them and my question still has not been answered. Seems like there is only one customer service rep and she definitely needs help.

I cannot recommend James and his son Jonathan enough! After contacting several electricians on Yelp, James was the first to respond--within minutes--on a Sunday night, no less. He came by the very next day to provide an estimate, while other electricians took days to even show up. What stood out immediately was James's professionalism and kindness. While he was here, another electrician arrived, and instead of any awkwardness, James was incredibly courteous and even discussed my upcoming JADU inspection with him. His knowledge and expertise were evident, and I knew right away I could trust him with the job. Jonathan, James's son, did the actual work, and let me tell you, these two are an incredible team! Jonathan was just as professional and kind as his dad, and it was clear they take immense pride in their work. If I could give Infiniti Electric Inc. more than five stars, I would. I had other well-known electrical repair companies out to try to diagnose a panel issue, but only Infiniti was able to troubleshoot and repair the problem within two hours.
