Marquez Pro fixed my breakers after 11pm. I called 4 other electric companies. One hung up on me and didn't call me back, the other 3 were not available until the next day. My breakers were charred and we were in the dark. They were on another call so they kept me updated on a estimate time of arrival. I take care of my grandpa and he uses oxygen so it was crucial. I've had a Ring Camera with floodlights on the back burner since December and I planned to have it installed at that time but unexpected expenses came up and I had to put it off. We budgeted for the project and contacted Alex from Marquez Pro Services last week and they were able to schedule the service for the weekend which was best for us. Prior to the scheduling I did some research and asked all the questions I could think of and Alex answered them all fully and professionally. The day of, and 30-45 mins prior, Alex and another individual contacted us letting us know they were on their way. They came out and surveyed the project area. They gave us options on how they can perform the project and once we chose they explained what they planned to do from start to finish. The installation was done with customer service in mind, they taped off the work area mitigating the dust, and afterwards they vacuumed the work area and the surroundings. Once the project was completed and they had finished cleaning and putting their tooling away they stayed and waited for me to setup camera to insure it everything was in working order. I finished and gave them a thumbs up with a big smile. I told them thank you and that they had done a great job. Timely, professional, customer service minded, and the level of work compared to the price is a steal, is how I would describe this business. When the work was scheduled, they arrived on-time and performed the work expertly. It was a one-day job but pretty sophisticated with a variety of tasks. Who would've thought finding an electrician would be so difficult during Covid. From my experience it seemed like many of the electricians with good reviews are swamped and do not really need your business. I contacted Alex after some research and knew exactly what I wanted since I had another contractor already give me a quote but things fells through after a few of their workers got exposed to Covid. Alex was very laid back and easy to work with. Since he told me up front how busy he was I had no problem being patient for the work to get completed. The entire process took about 2 weeks. Had the worst experience with this electrician. called to get a 3 lights fixed in Temecula and they didn't arrive for 3 days after the stated day and i would call for an eta every day and they would change my service time. After they made the repairs they change the price on me but since they were already there and it took so long i felt i had no other option but to pay. i gave them a list of 3 other sites i needed repairs for area lights they told me they would take care of it, i have text messages where they are telling me tomorrow, tomorrow and never show up. after a week later they finally tell me they cant do it. not sure what type of electrician can fix area lights. I paid my first service, i used zelle and paid right after the repairs were completed. these group of guys are very unprofessional and unorganized. i would not recommend them and im pretty sure most of the reviews they have are fake read more

Marquez Pro Electric were the first to initially respond back to my request to replace four recessed lights in my living room that were poorly installed. Needless to say, not only did they resolve the issue as requested, but fixed additional issues I did not know existed within the attic and went way above and beyond what I expected. I also opted to have them replace an existing two plug outlet in my backyard with a four plug outlet and added an additional two plug outlet as well as a fixture with a junction box facing my front yard to provide more lighting to my home.
