Late last year, I brought two cars that I was selling, both with plenty of wear and tear on both 8 yr old cars and Andres made them look brand new. He spends as much time as he needs to get a car as perfect and close to new as possible, both inside and out. They are truly a work of art. Andrés did an amazing job with the detail on my car! I found mold in my car after it had been sitting for a while with this heavy rain and brought it to SF Auto Detail and Andres went above and beyond going through and looking to see where the leak could be coming from to make sure the problem was addressed before moving forward on a detail to not have the problem happen again. He stayed late to make sure my car was ready that same day and had the proper time to dry. He was great at communicating the time it would need and the work it needed done. He cleared out the clogged drainage holes that caused the water pools inside and by the time I picked it up it looked brand new again! He also cleaned the exterior and wheels and engine bay which was great! I was not expecting such an amazing result but I was truly impressed and would recommend his services to anyone in need of a detail! He also worked with me on a plan to correct the old paint and faded clear coat which no other shop would try, and did a sample piece on my car so I could see the results that could be had with the techniques he knows and I will be returning to do the paint correction. I brought my 2009 Toyota Corolla to Andres for the SF Mini Detail service yesterday. I was blown away by how pristine the interior of my very old, very dirty car was when I picked it up this morning. After assessing my car yesterday, Andres reached out to see if he could keep it overnight and today I learned that he wanted to have it overnight to allow him to take out all the seats and give them a full power washing. Years of stains and grime were moved from the seats that now look brand new. The floor is spotless as are all the other interior surfaces. My car also had a slight mildew smell when I brought it in that has completely vanished after being cleaned. I am so happy with the outcome that I will be bringing our other car to get the same service tomorrow. I absolutely recommend bringing your car here to be serviced. Andres Moreno detailed my car on december 28, 2022. My car was perfectly fine when I took it in but needed a tow truck by the end of my detailing experience. I asked Andres what he did and he was very unhelpful and said he didn't know and told me to take it to a auto shop and said he would issue a refund but never did. I took my car to an auto shop the follow day and found out that Andres didn't know what he was doing and drenched the electric parking brake switch in my car which caused it not to run. This detailing experience was horrible and the price was extremely unreasonable. Andres charged my bf $500 for the detailing and caused $2,700 in damages.
