From start to finish, no complaints, excellent customer service, and my car looked better than when I picked it brand-new from the dealership. I sent a message via Yelp app and got a timely response back including responding to my question if they were familiar with my special type of paint (Infiniti's dynamic sunstone red) as it's a special process and requires special care. The owner Nolan came out immediately to assess my car and was very personable, engaging and knowledgeable as we agreed to what was needed and some possible issues with the interior if necessary. The shop is immaculate and very stylish with a nice lounge with refreshments (even foosball) that overlooks the garage so you can watch while they work. I got the platinum package as this was my first detailing and was so worth it. My car was ready as scheduled (5 hours later) and Bachka, who closed me out was also very pleasant/personalbe - they did not require any type of payment in the beginning. Okay, people!! This is the real deal!! I have a 2017 Range Rover Evoque convertible (pretty cool car!) w black exterior. I've never detailed it before and even tho I've maintained it w regular washes etc, it was recently in the shop and their car wash was broken so when I got it back it was a filthy mess. It's also sustained a bunch of scratches over the years. Enter Nolan. I decided to set up an appt and went to meet him based on what I'd read here, and everyone was spot on. Hes still in the first year of his business and so there isn't a "shop," per se--he'll meet you outside his building's garage where he does the detailing. He spent (no joke) a full hour just chatting w me about the car, about the methods he employs, what he'd be able to do and also what he can't do (re the deep scratches) so that realistic expectations would be set. When I tell u my car was filthy, inside and out--I was almost embarrassed to bring it to him in that shape--but I wanted so much for my car's shine to be restored again, to get all the layers of grime off, etc. he told me to come back about 6 hours later (and was super flexible w me about pick up time--car was ready at 430p but I couldn't get back till 5:30 PM because of work). I COULD NOT BELIEVE MY EYES!!!! My car looked nearly new (save for those damn deep scratches)!!! It looked like friggin sunshine!!! He had worked so hard on it--Nolan is so devoted to his work and shows such a sense of pride and ownership. When steaming the inside leather (red), he lifted all this dirt and uncovered some areas that had gotten discolored and scratches up by my dog. He offered to order red interior leather touch-up paint from RR and then have me bring back the car once he gets it so he can fix it up--at no charge!! (I'm waiting to bring it back and will update this review when I do and include some pics of the fix). His company also offers simple car washes, including mobile washes that come to you. When I first looked at his website and saw the prices for the washes, I kind of gawked bc they seemed expensive. But after experiencing the results of his detail work, I can't wait to book my first mobile wash! He made me realize the potential and the longevity of my car, and I know now It'll be worth every penny. For the detailing, I ended up picking the Platinum pkg, given the level of filth and the state of the interior and I don't regret one penny if it!! The only one of many businesses in Bay Area that we called to urgently dry the car interior after rainwater got inside the car, he alone took us the same day within an hour, changing his schedule for us.
